Pros +
- Clean, very spacious en suite room. Quiet area (my room was facing the back of th building). All facilities were there and as described in Booking. Easy self check in and out process. Working lift, good heating and wifi signal. Good communication with the host through Booking messages. Great location; it is 3 min walk to Reinoldskirche U bahn which takes you everywhere. The shopping centre is only 5 min walk where you can find everything you want. It was a comfy stay and I shall definitely consider this hotel if I visit Dortmund again.
- Great location, easy self check in.
Cons -
- It would be great if you consider adding a small table or at least a bedside table in the room. Also a polite note re the wall behind the small wardrobe, it is old and eaten. It would need a renovation.
- There was no table, no chair, not even a kettle to heat water, no glass to drink water. Very inhospitable conditions for the guests. Actually there isnt staff inside, there isnt elementary kitchenette to get some knife or cup.
