Pros +
- Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner was a nice guy and helpful. I don't speak the language and someone on the staff did and helped me.
- Staff: Helpful, kind, warm and welcoming. Always present and ready to help or just to have a chat. Rooms: 10 rooms in two floors. €45-50/ night. The rooms are clean, up to date, with comfy furniture. (The mattresses are too soft for my liking, but that’s just personal preference. There’s liquid soap and shower gel in the bathroom. Restaurant: The food is delicious. Reminds me of my mom’s home made dishes. Prices are great: €7-20/dish. The portions are perfect. There’s a two-lane bowling alley right next to the tables. Breakfast: Included in the price. Buffet style. There’s everything: fruit, veggies, cheese, ham, sausages, bacon, bread, cereal, jam, tea, coffee, Nutella, butter, etc. Spa: It’s awesome. Modern and relaxing. Jacuzzi for 4 people. Three different saunas. Relaxation area. Swimming pool - it’s quite small - my guess would be 9x4 meters - but the water is clean and just the right temperature. There’s always fresh home made lemonade for free at the spa bar. €14/day. Bathrobe and towel is provided. There are also sun chairs. Area: Nothing to see and not much to do, unless you have a car and can travel around. Massage: Make sure to have one! €25/1h and you tell the therapist which parts of your body to focus on. The therapist is amazing, professional and caring. He went out of his way to provide for my special needs. I felt relaxed and revitalized after the massage. He also showed me some exercises for my scoliosis. Location: You have to get on a small side street and as you arrive, the last thing you would expect to find is a 3* hotel. But don’t let the surroundings scare you away. They are still constructing that’s why there’s some mess around the hotel.
- Bright spot in the very small city
Cons -
- Nothing negative to complain about.
- Volleyball court: It’s built right into the hotel. During my second day there was a tournament 10am - 7pm and I could hear the drums of the cheerleaders pounding. I found that a bit disturbing. The first night there was no electricity 7-10pm. The staff did their utmost though to restore it and they made sure they apologized to all the guests for the inconvenience.
- Location was off of the everything, but not really need to go out thanks to very good restaurant , spa and other facilities

Bright spot in the very small city
Location was off of the everything, but not really need to go out thanks to very good restaurant , spa and other facilities
Clear rooms, but The restaurant staff were not friendly. They took the order and only brought salads, then explained that they work with the kitchen until 9:30 PM. So we stayed hungry.
Great little hotel. Restaurant and bowling alley good value and a nice breakfast included.
Very clean, the staff were very nice and helpful will stay again.
Food and comfort
We loved the food. The location of the hotel was good because of the quiet environment. It was close to the city center and our room was just beautiful.
We didn't like that the wellness is not included in a price for staying at the hotel or that it does not have a bit lower price for accommodated hotel guests.
The staff was really helpful regarding everything, facilities within the hotel were surprisingly well managed, everything was really clean and hygienic. The spa has outstanding facilities, all the saunas were basically new, the pool and jacuzzi were really clean and provided a wonderful experience. Our room was wonderful for the price, wide bed, comfortable sofa. Breakfast was exceptional, they served really tasty coffee.
The restaurant was overall okay, breakfast was again tasty, however the main dishes are small portions, pizza was tasty, we ordered trout which was, again, delicious, but a smaller portion than we thought.
Breakfast was good and and there was plenty of choice. Location was good. We had the opportinuty to visit the spa and wellness but i didnt. price performance was very good.
My shower head came loose from the socket when I switched it on. When I switched it on gently, it was fine. Nice in summer but quite hot in the room without air conditioning.
Nice personelDecent Breakfast RestaurantFree parking Value/price Clean and comfyWelcome drink included.
AC in the room would be an advantage.
Is the best option in the area, you can find eveything that u need on the hotel, the restaurant , breakfast and the bowling are so good.If you wantthe best place if you are coming to visit the Military Sovietic Museum or the death valley I really recommend this place as well.
An absolute gem - cozy, warm, quiet, with friendly staff and delicious food. Very clean and perfectly new.
Nothing, it’s perfect
Accommodation fulfilled all our expectations for the fair price. Rooms, which we ordered just hour before, were ready (including extra bed). Staff was friendly and kind to us as well as to our curious little son who was roaming around breakfast room in the morning. They offer beer from small brewery in Humenne. Parking was full at time of our arrival due to volleyball tournament, so we needed to squeeze our cars somewhere among. After 18:00 we were able to park comfortably in front of hotel. Thank you for nice stay.
Good big rooms, quiet place, clean
room, restaurant, bar
New and clean, comfortable bed. Stuff was very helpful and friendly. It was very comfy that the restaurant was downstairs so we did not have to search for any in the neighborhood. Also very good food offers in the restaurant
nice Hotel in quet placein Svidnik. Friendly and professional stuff, good restaurant Clean and big room, good breakfast Reccomend to stay here
All was good, thank You!
not much
checked in and first room assigned had a slept in bed and used towels. Second room assigned also had dirty towels on the bathroom floor as well as an unmade bed. Breakfast was very wasteful since they but out individual meals at the tables and it was not buffet style. This meant everyone got a plate of lunch meat and cheese as well as a plate of vegetables even if you did not want to eat certain types they shouldn’t be reserved afterwards and should be thrown out. Very wasteful.
Good location on the way.Nice staff.Good rooms.Value for money 10 out of 10.
Nice staff, location, rooms.
