Cons -
- STEER CLEAR OF THE WINE TASTING AND PICNIC OPTIONS !!!The wine tasting was an absolute joke and damn expensive - amateur at best - led by a guy who clearly had zero training to perform such a task. The picnic without a doubt the biggest rip off ever - at R400 a head one would expect an exceptional selection and quality offering........ Not this picnic - selection was at best maybe a R150/R200 head - very average quality sourced at the corner shop
- We used same linen for whole 3 nights We didn’t get more firewood for the hot bath yet we asked for it and were told it would comeNo change of towels even those that were visibly dirty from drying hair and body from hotbathWe didn’t get value for money for the picnic. R800 for two people for the little staff we received was very steep. Even the area of the picnic wasn’t beautiful at all .Too much disturbance from people moving up and down
- Booked a dinner. was way below my expectations. The food was pre-made (cooled down) and just ok. The desert was horrible. for 2000 Rands i expected a lot better.friend got a burn from the fire, no first aid kit! this is not good. we heard a large animal outside and was scared to sit out there and enjoy the nature - the "panic" buttons was pressed, but no one came. I really felt it could have been disastrous especially since WIFI was down and we could not call for help. When we did manage to get a text message out - i got a text back later assure me all is ok. I will not be back.
