Friendly staff - the only good thing about this hotel
No internet ( After refused to stay without internet, they got me a modem but it stopped working after one night)No cupboard to keep clothesNo complimentary waterNo tea/coffee/kettle ( a kettle was there without any cable)Dusty floor, Room not cleaned even onceNo hot waterNo toiletries except a tiny soapTap did not have water always - I got stuck in bathroom without water Location was odd - far, far away from town, in a dusty corner with no paved road
Stuff was really nice , they make you feel like your are king and queen if you come with your Partner!
It’s a bit far but the budget drivers whose are always available makes it convenient to move
I liked how clean and organized the hotel and the rooms were.
My room bathroom didn't have a floor rag, and the bath wasn't draining well. As a result, there was water everywhere on the floor, and the toilet wasn't flushing properly, so it smelled a little
Professional in service delivery
Sometimes slow response especially during booking
