- location, friendliness of hotel staff.
- Graveyard staff. She did her best to check us in early and upgraded our room at no add'l cost. What a great front desk clerk!!
Cons -
- Elevator was not working (but understandable considering the island just experienced a strong typhoon) Room had a huge cockroach Blanket was just a bedsheet
- They were listed as accepting pets and then refused to honor our reservation. We have two small cats.
- Noisy around the premises, it echoes inside the rooms when people are conversing in the hallways & in parking area.
