Quiet and clean

No clean towels even though we left some on the floor for changing

Good location, plenty of parking which is free. Friendly staff & good breakfast selection. Rooms are basic but clean & comfortable.

The only negative for this location is if you have a child over 12 you can not book a room for 3 people with other B&B's you can.

Didn’t see much because I spent only 6 hours there to literally only get some sleep. Room was clean and fine, nothing special.

Nothing. It was very sketchy.

It was nothing like in the pictures. This hotel is not safe and it’s very sketchy. We have booked an employee of our company in this hotel because it was close to our office. Our employee is a woman and traveled here for work. She has reported to us that the hotel staff at the reception asked her inappropriate questions at night and made her feel very unsafe. We asked for a managers contact number but weren’t given one. I asked if we could check her out earlier but also wasn’t possible. Due to this circumstances and the safety of our employee, we immediately moved her to another hotel. I couldn’t even reach any customer service to help me with this matter. This is not like a hotel at all. It’s a truly scary and uncomfortable environment.

Alarm went off for a good time but i have no complaints..price quality is what is expected for this type of hotel.Staff friendly.

What an experience!

The stay itself was okay: good breakfast, quiet hotel, but the check-in was a nightmare. After a long trip with a 6-year-old, we were greeted by a closed front door at 16:30, no receptionist, and an electronic screen for check-in that refused to accept my surname and reservation number (which we'd booked weeks before). The handwritten “emergency numbers” on the door were not answered. The official website only displayed a standard message like “outside working hours no one is available; please wait until Monday.” After half an hour of desperate calls to the “emergency numbers” and hearing my daughter cry, we headed back to our car to find another hotel. Suddenly, I received a call back and the person provided us with another reservation number and a room number. Miraculously, someone appeared at the reception as well. We thought our nightmare was over until we stepped into the reserved room, which was not clean: the bin was full of garbage, the sheets were messy, etc. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Back at the reception, the receptionist apologized and offered another room, which we took, only to realize that the bed for our child had no pillow, blanket, or sheets! At this point, I was speechless. After long talks with the hotel manager, we managed to get a pillow and blanket from another room. It’s definitely not a place we’ll be returning to.

I liked the software system of booking, payment and entrance control.

The rooms are too small, the 3rd bed above our head is very bad. The toilet paper was not new when we entered, the breakfast was poor. The candy machine didn't work. After breakfast you don't have a space to put your dishes so everybody just leave them on the table.

There is an auto check-in machine. Many free parking places. Quite at night.

No elevator.

Staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their room and breakfast.

Location was good. Close to main city Dusseldorf

Hoped for a elevator. We had to lift heavy bags to the second floor.

The location of the hotel was brilliant, quite close to the highway, that was the main reason why we chose this hotel. Apart from that, we felt welcomed. The staff was amazingly helpful and tried to solve some problems related to our order. The rooms seemed to be tidy and everything at place. The breakfast area was cozy and we had an amazing continental breakfast. Highly reccomend.

Location was ok. Breakfast was good.

The toilet walls and door frame were dirty with s***. It was quite loud and drafty due to the air vent above the window which could not be shut. Overall too expensive (not good value).

No thrills hotel at a good price. Cleaner on 3rd floor, she was exceptionally helpful & friendly. Staff were helpful. Good car parking & quiet location.
