Finding the entrance was hard and not that well explained, parking was hard to find especially for bigger cars.

Beautiful apartment located in traditional village. Locals were helpful and very knowledgeable.

The bathroom was clean.

The mattress felt old and had a very unpleasant smell (like years of accumulated gunk), this really made me feel uncomfortable. Same goes for the carpet.

Difficult to access check in details while traveling with no wifi, had to find wifi to check in and come back.

It was all great.

Room was clean and tidy with everything that you might need. Check in was a breaze and love the key on your phone. Beds were of good quality and fluffy duvets kept us warm during the cold. Good quality fluffy towels and good water pressure in shower. Contactless check in was smooth and key access per phone was awesome

No refill on coffee/milk for our second/third day stay. The room is not sound proof so we were woken up on both nights/early mornings by roudy guest going to their rooms and snoring.The rooms floors are also very creaky making a trip to the wc unpleasant as it wakes everyone in the room

Peace and quiet and come and go as we please. We only stayed one night. But we stayed in this hotel before for one week. And will stay again. Love the hotel and the village.

Very good room (the deluxe one), it had everything we needed and was super comfortable!

We had to search for the entrance at first and the location in general isn't super, there's not much to do around the hotel.

Great bed, perfect shower. The room is large, the surrounding nature is wonderful to walk through. Perfect getaway location for a few days. Definitely recommend for a nature getaway. Go by car, so you are able to go to different hiking spots nearby.

Unfortunate that there is absolutely no airconditioning or other ways to cool the room. Was a very hot night and people were talking and smoking in front of our window a lot, so opening that was also not a great option.

Close to moterway in old town with lot of charme.Very good restaurant whithin warking distance.

Very nice old house but you could here all the other guests coming and going.

TV system (or remote) did not work, no coffee at breakfast, machine had error, staff couldn’t fix the problem

We could not get into our room on arrival,we could not even find the entrance to the building. Rang many times to try to make contact with someone and could not understand them. Even some passers by on the street who kindly helped us could not understand them on the phone. It was very unsatisfactory and stressful after a long 800km drive.

Quiet family room (4 people).

Lack of explanations before arrival to find the entrance of the hotel, and lack of directions on place. This is very problematic when you arrive late. The entrance is not in the street but behind the building: you have to go in Adlerweg and turn right about 20 meters after. There is a small driveway where you can park. The hotel offers no breakfast.

We could change to a room with a bath, very nice bathroom. In the area there are nice walking routes, you can walk from the hotel.

Not too far from Cologne by car. It is a good option if you don't want to spend a lot of money in Cologne.
