- Very nice, overall!
- Proximity to the airport and nice hotel lobby. There's a room to stow luggage after you check out so you can explore the city of Casablanca. The gentleman who assisted us with the luggage and getting us a taxi was very helpful and friendly.
- Good location close to the Casablanca airport. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel provide free airport shuttle service that runs every 30 minutes 24x7. We didn¿t had a chance to try breakfast as we had very early morning flight.
Cons -
- Air conditioning did not work. Booked a room for two people and only received one towel for showering. Breakfast was 9 euros per person. The hotel lobby is really nice but the rooms did not meet expectation.
- Only 1 Towel in shower I had to ask for second Towel Twice before I got it . Staff is not customer service oriented . Be careful they will ask you for extra Tax even though you already paid it before .
