Important to consider before making your reservation. Guests not staying at the hotel may only access the common areas and are not permitted in guest rooms. The hotel offers a private shuttle service from 5:00 AM to 11:50 PM. Please check availability at reception. It is essential to contact reception before arrival to confirm your expected arrival time. A free airport shuttle service is available. Please refer to the following schedule: * Departure times from the hotel to Malaga Airport and La Colina commuter train station: 5:00 - 6:00 - 7:00 - 8:00 - 10:00 - 12:00 - 16:00 - 18:00 - 20:00 *(Once the bus is full, a new bus will depart every 20 minutes thereafter, until all passengers have been transported) (Please note that there is no shuttle service before 5:00 AM.) It is not possible to book the shuttle service in advance; it can only be booked at check-in at reception. The shuttle service cannot be guaranteed at a specific time; it is subject to availability and the order of bookings at check-in. This is a free service, and the hotel reserves the right to make changes to the schedule to ensure good service. Guests must provide their arrival date/time and flight details during the booking process. The airport shuttle service is for transit passengers only, not for car rental customers. Once you have landed and have your luggage, you must call the hotel to request its collection. Please note that one piece of luggage per person is allowed. Additional luggage costs €3 per piece. Golf clubs and bicycles cost an additional €5 per unit, per trip. The airport-hotel shuttle operates from 10:00 AM to 11:50 PM; no pickup is possible after this time. All guests must present a credit card with a €200 deposit as a guarantee before check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure. Accommodations is not possible without the required deposit. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 200.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
