Very good wellness center. Big, silent rooms.

Great place. We stopped for one night during our traveling. Breakfast starts at 7am but they was prepared for us and left on reception at 6am. So nice!

Exhausted and half out of my mind with stress and fatigue, your receptoinist handled me very well.I had not realix=zed this was a spa Hotel. I wish to return with friends fora fwe days in warmer weather.

You could leave some breakfast scraps out for us late risers...

The receptionist was kind and very helpful. The food was good. The spa was basic but fine for the price.

The rest of the staff needs some training . The room was dirty and smelly . The bathroom was dirty and smelled like a public toilet. As it is not a luxury hotel I didn’t expect fancy, nice things in there but cleaning the rooms well is not about the stars or the price. Rooms should be clean anyway. The shower was dirty and mouldy a lot , also rusty . When we tried to open the window for some fresh air we started to feel the smells from the kitchen , so we couldn’t even have fresh air from outside.

Everything was perfect. We had medical problems so we asked personal to help us. They were so helpful especially barman :))Many thanks to them really they were great.

Own parking even close to the street and without surveillance, good WiFi polite staff, peaceful place.

Hygiene should be better, light and ventilation in bathroom works only with motion sensor and you can't switch it of for 3-5 minutes.

Big and beautiful room. Clean facilities. Nice food. Definitely recommend.

The food was good. I also liked the plants in the garden.

Long list, just to mention a few things. The room was dirty, there was not pressure in the shower, the tap almost fell off, the door handles literally fell off. The smell in the room was old and bad.Most of the staff were rude and ignorant. We ordered cleaning but they did not come, not even on the third day. The AC was not cleaned, the staff were drunk and yelling at 1am outside. There was extreme loud music until 10pm not possible to sleep. It was overall unpleasant.

The gym

From 9:30pm you can eat even a salad. What’s the deal about the gym closing at 10 if we can’t eat after. You can’t either order a bottle of water from 9:30pm And in my room I had only hot water coming out of the tap even on cold position. Went to bed without eating

- the gym was free for us- the squash was also free- breakfast was good

-sauna didnt work and stank (we got some money back for this)-the sensor for the light was triggered during the night several times in the room

good value for your money. friendly staff specially Mr. Unno. king size room. good food at their restaurant . wellness facilities available.

no black spots. maybe the swimming pool at 18 p.m. was too noisy because of many kids inside....

The room I have booked (no 5) was huge. Comfortable beds. Really nice wellness area ! Lots of possibilities to have exercise (tennis, fitness area).

Breakfast is rather poor in variety , but enough for a business tripper.TV programmes are sometimes decline to work.

I liked nothing about this place! It is Basic. The breakfast was repetitive. Generally not up to standard. Unhygienic. The atmosphere was very noisy. I actually had to go and ASK at the reception (where no one smiles...) on several occasions, for housekeeping to tidy up, change bed sheets, for towels to be replaced, and ended up having to buy my own loo rolls. Basic mundane things that one would expect from any hotel.I shan´t be back.

The whole establishment, staff, breakfast, room with the various salsa, hip-hop and aerobic classes blasting music aloud almost every day!

Beautiful room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Quite place. Next time I will definitely use also pool and another possible wellness activities

I expected higher quality sausages during breakfast but the breakfast was ok. Also only one of two receptionists was capable of speaking English so it delayed me a bit.

They accepted me with my large dog, a Great Dane. The surroundings are suited for dog walks. I was there in winter time, it was just a quick stop, I didn't take advantage of everything the establishment offers so maybe in summertime it's better (with all the spa and swimming pool facilities)

The barhroom: you had to squeeze in between the sink and the shower to sit on the toilet., no shampoo, no shower gel. Also, one of the windows had no shutter so it was a good chance that someone casually walking in the yard to admire you coming out naked from the bathroom.

Room was extremely cold, 17 Celsius degree upon arrival, not clean, wallpaper coming off in several places, very thin cover and no extra blanket, very big noise until 1am in the community area right in front of my room, wellness area was not available due to an event but I was not informed about it beforehand

Nice swimming pools and saunas included in the price. Hotel personnel are very kind.

The room is too warm and noisy. It shouldn’t be a room if you ask me.

Breakfast was ok, limited choice but was enough for me
