Aroma Stone Hotel Spa

Convenient location along the highway if you need to spend a night while traveling. Enough parking space. Good breakfast.

The bed was too soft to my preference (might be problematic for people having back pain).

Very good taste dishes restaurant in the hotel for dinner. Friendly staff.

Windows construction non opening. In the room too warm, but if use air conditioner, it blowing directly to bed. We have slept very bad.

Breakfast was really good. Big asortiment to choose. We liked that the cook was preparing scrambled egg in the place and we could choose the ingridients.

We arrived on Friday evening. Dance and music show was just starting and finished early morning. Music was so load that we could hear it in the room. At night strangers were shouting and walking behind the door in the corridorSOMEONE OPENED THE DOOR OF OUR ROOM WHILE WE WERE INSIDE. LOOKED IN AND CLOSED THE DOOR. IT IS NOT SAFE!!!

Well located, clean

You cannot open the window

Good location near highway. We got free room upgrade, it was nice.

We got to the hotel after 10 pm and night manager didn’t speak English at all. Unfortunately we didn’t find any info in English inside the room, everything was in Polish. Room design is a bit old and not too cozy. WiFi signal is very very pour, at least inside the room. And there will be a small quest to find an elevator :)

The staff are very friendly and generous. The chef is magnificent, fresh eggs as per our liking every morning. Overall, we had an excellent stay, and the rooms are very clean. Each time I visit Syców, the Aroma Stone Hotel is my first choice.

Very friendly and professional staff. The location is good, easy to find. Good room and great breakfast. Special thanks to our chef at breakfast.

The hotel and facilites were nice. We stayed there during hot days so the AC in the room made it possible to have a good night sleep. The hotel staff was friendly. There are plenty of parking spots available.

There was a wedding party during our stay so it was quite nosy at night and we could hear the music in our room even late at night.

Good location, really good breakfast

It was cold. AC didn’t work

Close to major roads to airport. Large room.

TV didn't work. Beds very uncomfortable. Shower head badly leaked spraying water everywhere. No extra pillows.

Very good location close to highway. Nice spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast.

Was quite noisy in the corridor, poor noise isolation.

really nice big rooms.quiet area. safe for the car.

Breakfast was really good. I loved the cheeses and salads!

The shower was wierd. I thought I had breakfast included, but turned out it wasn't.

Perfect place to stay on the journey! Right by highway, clean, 24h reception! simple and tasty breakfast!

location, accommodation, cleanliness all fine

booked specifically because it advertised 24h check in. arrived at 5am, no way to get in, everything dark, nobody answering the phone number on the door or the number provided with the booking. we were stranded outside after a very long drive, losing precious hours as we were just hoping to stop for a few hours’ sleep before driving onwards. eventually a cleaner helped us and checked us in, gave us a room key, we were able to get 3 hours sleep before we had to continue. sure the hotel seems fine otherwise, but don’t advertise 24h reception if it doesn’t exist as it leaves people in a very difficult situation! what if we had arrived at 2am, and no cleaner helped us, we would have been stuck in cold car park for hours!? I raised this issue with the booking.com help chat, no refund or compensation was offered, we were just told ‘we will pass this on to the property. not impressed.

convienient on the highway

the room key was not working, spent the night sithout keys

An ideal place to stay. Very close to the highway, but you feel like in a rural area, the noise only roosters in the morning :)

For us was perfect location near the main road.Clean and comfortable room.Very good food at the restaurant.Nice and friendly staff.

For the breakfast we paid 8€ per person and the breakfast was very poor.No sound proof at all in the room, you can hear noisy guests.

Friendly staff, good location (ideal for travellers)

Good location

Bad noise isolation
