Close to Giethoorn and have a big parking lot. Nice location and clean room.

No reception after 5 pm. You have to pick up room key at the gate ( in a box with password) by yourself.

Location is good for the travelers who want to visit Giethoorn. Plenty of parking ?️ lots available.

We booked one superior deluxe room and 3 deluxe room but superior deluxe room was not different than other rooms.

The room is clean and quiet, the parking is free. The hotel is only 15 minutes far away from the Giethoorn village.

The shower room can not be closed from the washing room, so after the shower there is always much water on the floor of the washing room.

Loved the modern decor and the staff were lovely. Breakfast is good value for money. The sheets were great quality and the natural soaps and shampoo bar were lovely. Nice coffee and tea in the room too. Was central enough to walk to the town too and get a little exercise in.

No fridge in the room and no food services for lunch or dinner available so I had I make sure I had my food shop in which is where the fridge would have come in handy for cold salads and juice etc.

Beautiful room. Clean, simple. The bed was very comfortable. I actually added an additional night because I was relaxed in the room and decided to end my vacation like this. Thanks to the staff for a great stay.

We booked two rooms, everything went smoothly ?There was everything we needed, bathrooms were clean - our expectations were met.

Overall cleanliness (the descaled water kettle was a good sign!)Comfy beds and pillows.Quiet even though it's next to the highway.Not big but still spacious.Responsive staff before arrival (in Booking app chat) regarding my questions.Big and small towel per person.

Only minor things:Only one thick duvet, no other blankets in the closet to adjust thickness. With reception not open during evenings this meant I just had to deal with it.Dustbunnies in the corners (overall nothing to complain about though).Window shutters left quite some daylight past the edges.No small shelf thingy in the shower to leave your shower items on.No air vents for outside fresh air to get in, the only option was to open a window (and with day temperatures of +15 degrees Celsius that meant mosquitoes during the darker hours of the day).

It was very well organized and it looked brand new.

The building is very practical from the outside, so is the location, but therefore also very quick to get to and to leave from. The inside is much nicer.

Location, parking, friendly staff

My room was double booked so no balcony for me. Was put in a room in the attic with inclining walls, always nice when you are as tall as I am. Room was not cleaned properly. MyHotel Meppel or Steenwijk….incomparable. Go to Meppel

Decent rate at this super modern design hotel close to the freeway. No noise from traffic. A short drive into town. Good location if you want to visit Giethorn byu car. Clean spacous room. Ample free parking.

Very friendly staff, easy to find, small but clean room.

Double bed is made from two single beds, which slide apart.

The room was very large and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were there the next morning and were very responsive to anything we said. Great location right by the thruway.

The one window opener was broken, but the owners were never told about it. The lighter window curtains were essentially missing one panel so one did not have total privacy in the morning. The bathroom was comparatively small and unfortunately when one showers the water does go a little into past the little barrier for the water. All those things are minor, but the landlords listen and said they would fix it as beast as they could.

The place was clean and nice, and most of all the staff was really nice ! I could chat with some people there and even ended up carpooling with a really nice employee (if you read this I'll be eternally grateful!). The breakfast was also enjoyable and going to the Dicky Woodstock festival from there was pretty easy. In one single word : perfect !

I didn’t like the aircon that wasn’t working. The breakfast was okay? The soap and shamooo/bodywash was in soap form, very messy and no tray to put it on?

+ we had a very nice and big room with all we need;+ Air con in the room:+ the beds were very comfortables;+ coffee / tea facilities in the room;+ the staff was very nice and helpful:+ there is a free parking to the hotel;

- the hotel is very close to the road (it could be noisy, when you open the window). Ths was not a problem for us, but so that you are aware; When the window is closed - no problem at all.

The staff was very nice and informative, the hotel was clean and inviting, including free parking on site. The hotel is located in a charming town and very close to Giethoorn. Excellent value for the price, recommended!
