- Very little food left at breakfast if you weren't the first in the dinning room. Things were not topped up.When we booked for a three night stay we were not told that the restaurant would not be open on our last night (Wednesday). This hotel is in a remote area and we were not able to find somewhere to eat within a reasonable travelling distance. No advice or recommendations were given by the staff.
- We arrive on Sunday at 5 pm. No one was present to give us some informations... We didn't know that the breakfast was at 8 am on Monday morning ( 6.30 for the other days) and we paid room+breakfast with no chance to take it. We left at 7.45 am but still no one was there or answering to the ring at the reception ( 15 min before breakfast time seems strange that all lights were off )... I finally reach someone by phone to explain where we let the keys when leaving the hotel...
