The staff was kind enough to let us order a pizza after the restaurant has already closed.

There are no blinds for the ceiling window. The mattress is too soft.

Not the newest hotel, but still comfortable. Friendly staff.

Good location not far from main highway. Check-in is at the restaurant but rooms are in a separate annex building (stairs only) across from the on-site parking lot. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast had good selection of pastries, cereals, meat and fresh beverages. Friendly staff.

Nearby karaoke was thundering into wee hours of the night!

Close to the motorway, easy to reach, perfect for a 1 night stay on the way to the holiday destination. Very friendly personnel, simple snd functional room, very clean.

Nothing bad but, breakfast is very basic (not 1 piece of vitamin C - fruits or vegetables).

Friendly staff, great food, safe off street parking. Interior decor is the older darker wood style but still perfectly comfortable. Room had lots of space. Did I mention the food is great?

Free WiFi but is slow, fine for sending emails and general working but not great for watching videos ect. Rooms have air conditioning but not very effective, when I visited it was over 40 degrees so it could of just been the extreme heat. Still much better than nothing!

This hotel is a very convenient spot on a drive across Northern Italy. It's 2 minutes from a highway exit and has parking. The room was cosy and had air conditioning, which I didn't expect at this price point. The staff was friendly and spoke English well, and the restaurant was good and not expensive.

Lovely big room. Very clean. Great parking and close to highway.

Breakfast was not the best, not much choice, croissant was a bit stale and coffee very bitter.

Excellent staff, room dimensions, furniture, perfect bathroom.

Bit to high room temperature. For me ideal is between 17-19°C. Problem solved with the young lady from reception office.WiFi connection not so good and with some troubles (connected with/without internet).

Breakfast and food in the restaurant was great. Room and bathroom were good. All facilities required were sufficient and plenty of space. Staff are lovely.

The window is so high there is no view from the room.

We have stayed in this hotel for the third time on the way to Umbria. Good location, helpful staff and great pizza served in the restaurant.

It's a pity that there are no small refrigerators in the rooms.

Location was great, food and drinks also. Room was very clean and warm.

We were expecting very friendly hosts instead we got, unfriendly waitresses who were rolling with their eyes whenever we asked something. Only one waitress spoke semi english that we comunicated with. They should also invest in englih menus if they don't know how to explain food menu in englih. Overall it was a good place for one night sleep, but won't come back.

very cosy hotel, simple room but very lovely. Good restaurant with very delicious food. definitely will come here next time.

We stayed only for one night, so I can't say much about it. I guess it's a good place if you have kids, but not when you like to go to sleep early (there's a playground right next to it). The breakfast was good. You can go there with your dog which is a big plus.
