It’s clean, rooms are great and super clean, staff super friendly, location perfect

It is super loud and noisy, I was waken up by the loud closing doors and there was super annoying noise from the morning as if someone is moving furniture over the floor the whole time. It’s not noice from outside it’s noise from inside

I like the location, facilities and the room; good breakfast and dinner

The parking garage was a bit tight in space to manuever

Food excellent and all the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. Room comfortable and clean.

Shower doors leaked so there was water on the floor after showering.The parking, which cost €12 per night wasn’t easy to access down a very narrow ramp and difficult to manoeuvre into designated parking spot.

Disappointing

When we arrived at the hotel there was nobody and we should go to the other hotel to check in. We got the password to get in and we discovered thet the room we booked was not the room we got. I sent a message to the receptionist but no one answered. This room was incredibly small, not the same of our booking that should be bigger (20 m2). The picture of the booking and the room we got were completely different, probably the price too!

Clean. Quiet. Great location. Staff were very kind and allowed us to check in early when we arrived after walking a long day on the Camino dos Faros. The restaurant associated with the hotel had excellent food.

Got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Amazing service at the front desk. Even got "late check out".Would definitely recommend.

Nice clean bathroom and good shower, but water got on the floor when showering (make sure that bath rug is placed to catch water)

The location was excellent, being opposite the beach. The view from the terrace, looking over the beach and the harbour was magnificent. Room was large ,clean and very comfortable. The attached restaurant provided and extensive menu at very reasonable rates, and the food was sensational. We could not have wanted any more from the staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. One of the most welcoming and helpful hotels that we have stayed.

Like every where in Spain, the cigarette smoke in the alfresco area.

Perfect Location, very close to the beach and good bar for breakfast

I like the location and that it is comfortable overall. The beds are good and the air-conditioning works well. The food downstairs is good too and the cafeteria is nice. Also, most of the staff is very nice and welcoming.

The bathrooms are still a bit old

Corridors hot. Walls thin (sounded like next door’s showers (after midnight) we’re in our room!

Lovely, modern hotel. Great big, clean bedroom with a/c. Terrace on the top floor with great views. Unfortunately, the Terrence bar only opens at weekends but you can take drinks up from the bar downstairs. Location great with the beach metres away and good restaurants and bars close by.

gas leaked from the air conditioning and made me ill they chained my room but no apology I tried to speak to the manager she ignored me when I arrived I complained there was sand in my bed not good standards of hygiene or maintenance I was very sick and if I had not woken up I could have been very I’ll I will be writing to the hotel
