Pros +
- Comfortable, but need better disclosure of facilities would have been helpful.
- Personel is very friendly and ready to help
- Well located, friendly staff, very good breakfast, beds very comfortable
Cons -
- you should warn your readers that the hotel does not have an elevator - not everyone can carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs. There was no one at the desk when we arrived, around 6pm. The entrance door was locked. I could not reach anyone by phone at the "emergency number" posted outside I stood in the rain for 10 minutes , ringing the bell, before someone came to let me in. Parking directions would have been helpful.
- Everything was good except that the room had no AC and it was very hot a few days, being impossible to rest during the night.
- Overall, I had a good experience. It seemed to me a bit overpriced. There were two minor issues: the shower height adjustment wasn’t working, and I missed having a dim night light. The switches near the bed turn on very bright lights, which can be a bit overwhelming if you wake up in the middle of the night
