Hotel Alexander

Unlike 'Ben's Home' which was my original booking this hotel actually existed! I had a laugh about Booking.com not being able to do due diligence on their checking of an obviously abandoned room that was still on offer with the receptionist when I got there.

There was an empty Paulaner in the room. I asked for the invoice twice but havent heard anything

I like how the property was clean

I didn't like how the property was too cold and two bed in double room for couple

Location was good. Breakfast was nice and staff at breakfast were friendly.

Room was cold. Lady who checked me in seemed grumpy and wasn’t very friendly.

the staff is not cooperated , even simple issues are not available like teapot , they refuse to let me check in although everything is arranged till 3 oçlock even that i asked for an early check in for money.

The staff were extremely welcoming. The lady at front desk was very accommodating to my needs despite the fact their could’ve been a language barrier it was not noticed at all as we were able to communicate perfectly. I felt at home and the cleaning staff also made me feel at home the moment I got there. All staff play a part in ensuring that the guest are welcomed.

Reception was not always covered however staff were helpful in giving guidance to where there was someone who was able to help so it was not a problem

The rooms were roomy, and basic but comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful.

Reception wasn't staffed before 15:00 hours, there was no minibar and no facilities to make coffee/tra in the rooms.

The location is good, near to the city center.

The room was cold, thank the receptionist for changing my room, but the new room was very small and wasn't as I booked.

There is no fridge in the room. That's the only thing that is not good.Except for that alles gut!

When we checked in it was around 10 PM after a long travel, when we entered our room there was no enough towels to take showers , we tried to call the reception the phone in the hotel was not working When my brother went down to ask for towels and pillows there was no extras
