The only plus for this hotel was the central location and the terrace adjacent to the room, but be careful when the terrace is wet you might break your neck it is extremely slippery.

The staff was not at all helpful and instead of explaining how things work (for example: checkout, access from parking garage to hotel …) information came retroactively (too late) and with an attitude, especially the male behind the desk was extremely unfriendly and argumentative with a chip on his shoulder (the poor woman that had to work with him was actually nice). The front desk was only available after 2pm until 10pm. Parking structure has only limited key cards (6 cards for 50 guests they told me, which in itself is laughable). The rooms are very basic, furniture is from the 80s or 90s (they are clean so they might be newer but the design was terrible), looks better in the photos than in reality, the whole standard was outdated and not what one would expect from a contemporary hotel. The hotel was mostly empty during our stay a bit creepy. It is not the kind of hotel I usually stay, I expect much more even for this price. Generally not a good experience especially with this staff stay away.

The lift was out of order. The sauna was out of order and is apparently due for complete renovation (but still listed on their website). The lights in the changing rooms and shower area were on a sensor and switched off every minute or so, so you are left in the darkness. Swimming pool area looks like it is from the 1980s and little mainenance has occurred over the years. Too many small things not working adds up to a general picture.

Good Hotel, good breakfast, the pool was the best and good staff.

LUSHED IN GLORY OF PAST, THE HOTEL NEEDS TO UPDATE SPECIALLY FOR BASIC NEEDS LIKE TOILETERIES. THEY DONT PROVIDE SHOWER CAPS, FORGET ABOUT OTHER THINGS LIKE TOOTH BRUSH, PASTES OR SHAVING KITS. ROOM CLEANING IS ONLY DONE IF YOU REQUEST EVERYDAY IN THE MORNING. THIS SOUNDS LIKE STAYING AT A DORMITORY WITH BASIC THINGS. WILL NOT SUGGEST TO BUSINESS TRAVELLERS, WHO DONT HAVE TIME FOR THESE THINGS.

WE HAD BOOKED A TWIN ROOM FOR ME & MY COLLEAGUE, WHO COULDN'T GET VISA. AND ALSO I HAD TO REDUCE ONE NIGHT STAY FOR THIS REASON. SO REQUESTED HOTEL TO ADJUST BY REFUND. THE CLEAR REPLY WAS - "NO". WILL KEEP THIS IN MIND FOR NEXT TIME.

Quick and efficient check in. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was excellent.

We did enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The stuff were very helpful and professional.The hotel is very good and charming in the style, we did enjoy the pool and jacuzzi. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean.

For my needs, the hotel was fine despite the “80’s feel”. The room had a newly renovated bathroom. Didn’t order breakfast, nor make use of the swimming pool during my stay.

Location is good. Staff is excellent. The front desk was very kind and considerate to my friends and I. And the room are very clean. I would highly recommend this place.

The hotel hasn‘t aged well. The outdated furnishings and carpet give it a run down impression. Also, we were given a room where pigeons were nested over the windows and loud throughout the night. Very few power sockets in our room.

Very disappointed that only breakfast was provided and NO availability for any other meals/food including dinner and a bar. Apparently the dining facility had been closed since COVID, but the website clearly states there is a restaurant bar and tea room. We had specifically booked this hotel as we intended to provide dinner for my musician son who was performing at the Weser-Ems Halle opposite the hotel, which is why we chose it. All the receptionist could find for him was some peanuts and an orange juice!! The only local restaurants were 2 takeaways.
