Best Western Hotel Heide

Nice and roomy place to spend a night. Bathrooms were clean and the Internet was super fast. Its quiet environment allows you to have online meetings. The possibilities of several restaurants, Edeka supermarket sum up the property as a 10 over 10.

Locating the property might be difficult but calling the reception number helped.

The staff was amazing, so friendly. I wish staff like this was everywhere! She immediately have us maps in Dutch en written directions to the Christmas market. And also gave some books to play with for the kids. The rooms where also very nice and roomy. The swimming pool and sauna was very nice as wel.

Location was easy to find , but luckily enough I arrived early and got a parking space .

I can't think of anything that I would say I didn't like .

The staff, Valentina was very helpful, because I forgot my euro to cdn power adapter and she saved it for me... Wow,.thanks

Wish there was a gym

Good location, Nice hotel. breakfast perfect. Service all good.

Nice quiet hotel close to my business destination, with parking. The restaurant was great too, and offered local beers.

Room was pretty hot, no acclimatization.

Bathtub, cleanliness, fridge and the available space

Rooms are quiet, clean but very warm in Sommer (no Air conditioning but i got a Fan)

(I didn't like that there is no Air conditioning but i got a Fan)

Room was spacious. Good location

Breakfast was very tasty, scrambled eggs were really on point. The room was very clean and neat and also very spacious, which was nice.

The room was very warm and there was no way to cool it down. There was no airconditioning or even a fan which made the sleeping at night almost unbearable. We could barely get any sleep due to the warmth.

Good breakfast, room is older but well maintained and has a lot of space!

Friendly staff, starting with the check-in. Spacious single room with coffee/tea/small fridge. Nice and clean.

Furniture a bit outdated, but good bathroom and overall very comfortable.

The breakfast and nice staff.

The room was very difficult to cool down.

I stayed two nights in the Best Western. The first day I had a problem with the sink which really annoyed me so I went down to reception to claim. The lady told me to wait 5 minutes, when she came back the problem was fixed. Very professional ! The room was spacious and clean, the WiFi was good. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a vast choice of food.

Nothing I didn't like.

Very friendly staff, excellent communication. I first thought I was going to arrive after Reception had closed and received relevant information how to get access very quickly. Luckily, I arrived earlier than planned and could pick up my key from Reception.

Nothing, I had a fantastic stay.

Good Hotel in total.

Lighting in the room was very low. For the short stay no problem but not fitted for working in the room.

Clean quiet room. Small but sufficient. Location is outside the city-centre (20 min walk) Excellent staff. Easy parking. Not a lot of spaces.

Little bit outdated but clean.

Friendly staff, good layout and nice room. Bathtub was a nice bonus.

I think they didn't finish cleaning the room. The bed sheets were not nicely done and there was definitely a used towel in the bathroom.Didn't ruin the experience, though.

location and cleanliness was good.

The room was rather expensive for what you got.
