Convenient location

The room was in a separate building from the hotel restaurant and spa, so a long walk to breakfast. The walkway is locked at night making it difficult to get into the hotel ~ an extra block long walk. The furniture in the room is a joke - one small chair and a narrow bench with two small cushions. The table is a small desk so not really useful. The bed was okay but lumpy pillows.

The location couldn't be better—right downtown in the city center among shops, restaurants and cafes. The service is great; very welcoming and kind.

I think the room amenities and the room itself could use some improvement for a 4-star rating. The bathroom itself is roomy with a double sink, and the toilet separated by a door, is excellent, but the shower in the bathtub does not feel 4-star. The room does not provide extra pillows to choose your preferred thickness/firmness, no extra blankets in case you run cold at night, and no tea; only coffee. No bathrobes or slippers either. The room decor feels very impersonal and has a 'cold' feeling, not making for a warm and fuzzy environment.

Breakfast was excellent.Location perfect for discovering Oldenburg.Very helpful.staff, always with a smile.

Connection to WLAN could be better.

Restaurant looked nice

Breakfast is basic. Staff were very strict and unable to speak to internationals, coffee was served as American although an espresso was ordered.

They have proper blinds. You just need to know about them. They’re electronic and by the entrance you can completely do blackout. It’s great that they have a big gym and also sauna

. What I didn’t like was I had many many small red stains on my sheets and they were also smelling weird. The Wi-Fi is absolute trash. It’s it is unusable. And you don’t have good reception on your phone either

Modern, Parking garage close by, Evening meal anf breakfast.

Central location in old area. Welcoming receptionist. They had also taken note of request re room which was on an upper floor with lovely wide outlook. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet. Good nights sleep. Recommend.

Good location, easy to get around the centre of the city. Very nice staff. Large and comfortable room.

Hotel is in the middle of Oldenburg. Great location - beside a paid car park. Shops, pubs, restaurants all around. Rooms were very quiet and spacious.

Location , attention for my mothers birthday, the breakfast, and the parking next door.

The man at the reception was not so friendly and very short in words. I was surprised by the not warm welcome like I used to know. I wonderend if he likes his Job. The ladies over there are very friendly. And they realy surprised us with the feasty breakfast for my mothers birthday.

The hotel was better than expected. Spacious room. Great breakfast. The staff even remembered what we liked to have. Thanks!

as I was there for work, really all you need is a comfy bed to sleep in and a shower to wash in. The breakfast was lovely. A big advantage is the location.

The rooms are a bit outdated and I did miss a menu for breakfast, as the buffet was limited you had the option to order a breakfast too … but I wasn’t sure what was available.

Exceptional service from reception. Great central location.

Room is slightly small, but Im quite a big person!

Very well laid out and comfortable room. Coffee making facility was great. Lovely big bathroom with powerful shower and good selection of toiletries. Access to a balcony which was nice and unexpected. Extra points go to there being a sewing kit as we needed a repair done on a bag and also the Haribo sweets ?

No complaints really, it was more expensive than I would normally pay but the facilities made up for that.

Location was great.

Tidiness was not the level expected.Stains in the bed Shower box had black stains in the corners The glasses for toothbrushing were on a small paper tablets and these had been in use. The beds were far too soft.

Location is just in the city center, excellent variant for solo traveling. It's close to the main attractions, shops, bus stations, about 15 minutes walking from the main station. Staff is very helpful.
