The place was great. My two years old enjoyed. We visited on the day of Halloween. They kept some candies at the door. Child was very happy. The room was big and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. We specially liked that the place has a food court with kid's play zone at the same building. So we enjoyed our lunch and dinner there. The location is at city center.

the communication with the hotel was difficult. They sent us an email with address but the address was their partner hotel. So we went to the wrong address first, and then we had to take another bus to reach the correct address.

The location was great.

The lighting in the room was poor, especially in the bathroom. There was a lot of construction in the room next to us. The staff was friendly but most of the time non existing. Not good for an extended stay.

The hotel is pretty old and oldfashioned. Not plesent on the eye at all. Some parts of the room were also dirty. Walls are thin.

A great hotel to stay, very close to the Oldenburg city centre. Great rooms for reasonable pricing.

The reception desk is not occupied at all (reasonable) times, which is inconvenient if guests have any type of stupid questions at an inconvenient time of day...

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice, big and clean? Check in and out was smooth as well. Highly recommend ????

The hotel was close to the HBF, the Hörst Janssen and the city center, both important for my trip. Check-in was easy, they provided the invoice with all the necessary information (huge plus!), the room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was well equipped. The air flow system was not too loud and while the heating was quite low an arrival, I could turn it up and it was warm enough during my stay.

We discovered only after arriving that the reception is open only from 14:00-6:00 am

Very spacious room, very clean, nice to have a balcony for fresh air once we got the key!. Breakfast was an excellent buffet. Open from 6am to get a coffee. Booking was there and the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Room was great and thankfully had air con which we needed.

Seemed a very open door affair with little staff, very busy road outside and difficult to find parking near by. Room was a little tired but very clean. We ordered a twin room but had to separate the beds ourselves which wasn't difficult.

we arrived in front of the Hotel, they were closed becuase of their Internal reason. they could inform us earlier., but they didn't. so we had to lose our time to looking for other alternative solution. that was really not nice.

Free Water was given in the room.

Old style rooms, felt like in 1990! Nise in the rooms, thick walls, old comunism style hotel. No service in the reception in the moring! Poor service. No Parking space. Breakfast in this price was very poor.

Air conditioner it not work in the day time. In summer it very hot in room.

clean, quiet, hot water (really hot), shower gel smells awesome. cool location just steps from the old town.

guests stick cigaret butts under the window outside. it’s not a hostel on a Bahnhof, for f-sake.

The parking garage is closed. I liked the free alternative.

All the hotel and the rooms have carpet, the room smelled smoke. The reception is closed the whole morning.
