Very friendly staff, beautiful garden, nice room with big terrace.

The staff were really nice ,the parking and the size of the room

The reason why i ve booked this hotel cause of the sauna and spa,and sadly non of the saunas was working the day when i was there,that bathroom had a funky smell,and the mattress were way to used up and soft for my taste.But in the end they offered me some discount wich i think was fair enough.

Very nice hotel and the overall property. Staff is very helpful, speaks English with no problem.Meals and breakfast are in great quality and in excellent value/spent ratio.Enough space for parking.Spacious rooms with balcony or small terrace.

Some "not so visible areas" could be better cleaned. For example under the sink, drain cover in the shower.Matrace could be bit too hard for someone.

Nice and friendly stuff, good looking new (or freshly renovated) hotel.

As only a few guests were there it seems the hotel tries to keep costs low and it was little cold in the breakfast room. But I get it when they run the hotel in off season for only a few guests.

Since the first moment it felt like home, the atmosphere and the staff was very kind all the time. The cleanliness is spotless, the spa and massage is really satisfying. The room is super comfy.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed if we speak about quality/price. Convenient parking, large room, excellent food, nice stuff.Sauna and fitness included into price.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a lovely walking park with a lake and a playground for children. The environment is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are nicely furnished. The bathroom is clean and tidy. The employees are very friendly.

The wellness center could be a little bigger and better equipped.

The breakfast can be improved ( as we stayed many Times before, and the breakfast was perfect)În The bathroom some of the towells need to be changed.

-The hotel is set in a park area of its own, which is fenced off and hence very safe.-The room was spectaculously luxurious for the price category and included an amazing, sunny terrace of almost the same size as the room, with chaise longues. -The staff was friendly and helpful.-Towels and body soap were included.

- It could have been a tiny bit more clean for my taste, but I'm well aware that I am a picky traveler. With that, I mean that the only minor issues were the shower still having some water stains, and a dead bug (highly likely just from the outside park and surrounding meadows) that the staff had missed cleaning off of the terrace window net.- We did not like the food. We chose both the included breakfast and to have dinner at the hotel the evening we arrived. What we got for the 20 euros per person dinner and then the breakfast was really not impressive, considering it's supposedly a four star hotel. Some mediocre stews, one single kind of salad, and everything with meat for dinner, cheap cheese and meat cold cuts for breakfast along with rock hard sunny side up eggs, which looked as if they had been kept warm since 5 AM (we had breakfast around 8 AM).

The food and the breakfast are very good, The staff are very friendly.

The fire alarm went off 2 times in the middle of the night and that is OK. When I came downstairs it would be better if the staff told me that it was only the alarm before I needed to ask.

Super clean, Big rooms , great breakfast, friendlly staff.Double vanity in The bathroom. Free parking.Great location , with o lot of Green areas arround.Our fourth Time here, and always choosing Arcanum when visiting Beckescsaba or Gyula.Highly recomand this hotel

one small thing. the dinner is serves only aftef 6 pm, so if you are hungry before 6 pm you need to wait until the dinner opens

Comfortable bed, quiet room, no strange noises. Large parking lot. Good quality salami for breakfast.

Poor breakfast offer: some ham, some cheese, paprika, cucumber, oily eggs, dried fried eggs (like there were made couple hours earlier), the taste of coffee 2/10.

Very nice garden, looks like resorts on India (in very positive way). Nice room, large bathroom. Very clean.

Quality of the breakfast do not fit to the quality of the hotel.
