    • Wyszukaj opinieTomasz5/5wczoraj na stronie GoogleThe hotel is small but pleasant. There are a few inconveniences – it’s not a perfect place, but it’s definitely worth recommending.I spent the first night in room 604. Unfortunately, the heating didn’t work in either the room or the bathroom. In the evening, the staff couldn’t help me, so I was given an extra blanket. Around 4 a.m. I woke up because the heating suddenly turned on and the room became too hot — but only in the bedroom, as the bathroom radiator still remained cold.In the morning, I also found out that the safe wasn’t working, so I couldn’t store my valuables. The staff moved me to another, larger room (808). The heating works fine there, but the safe is locked and I can’t open it. I won’t move again for the third time — I’ll just keep my things in the car.The beds are very soft — too soft for me personally, as I prefer firm mattresses. But that’s just my own preference, not a flaw.Breakfast is a standard continental one, with everything that should be there. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty, portions are large, but the quality of the steak meat was just average. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The rooms are also very clean. One piece of advice: don’t open the window in room 604 early in the morning, unless you want to smell the bacon being fried in the kitchen for breakfast.Overall, the hotel is very nice and definitely worth recommending. I will come back here someday

    Cons -

    • The spiral staircase to the rooms outside
    • Beware of dishonest practices at this hotel. I booked and paid for accommodation via PayPal, but the staff extorted cash from the driver a second time!!!!
    • Bed a little uncomfortable but I am a fussy sleeper

Comfortable beds and pillows. Good breakfast. Clean room

Our booking “magically” disappeared in the hotel’s system next day of our stay. When we came back to the room after dinner next day, we found out that all bank cards and passport were missing from the bag. At first we thought, that someone entered the room and stole them, but then the hotel’s employees appeared and asked to show them our booking, because they couldn’t find us in their system and the room that time had to be free. We showed our booking confirmation and told that someone stole our things. They answered that they entered our room and took bank cards and documents from the backpack of my husband, so we definitely didn’t run away. We were shocked by such behaviour and the theft of valuables!! We believe that taking bank cards or documents from rooms by employees is unacceptable and can be classified as a crime. And what’s more, the lady from the reception told that she didn’t remember how she registered us upon arrival at the hotel, although the hotel is not big and there were not so many guests. We think she was lying.

    Very uncomfortable

Smelly, bathroom locks doesn’t works. Bathroom poor state of repair

Clean room, close to the Efteling

Size of the bathroom, it is extremely small for a family room.Breakfast was terrible. Cheap dry bread rolls, old fruit salad, no yoghurt, this was far below average.

    Staff was friendly and nice

The room was upstairs which is not an issue but the stairs were as i have to carry my 30kg dog up (no Ones fault) but unpleasant on cirkel stairs The sun was in the room but the ventilation from the restaurant was blowing in the room so we could not open the window there was ac but had to pay for it bit strange if you can't let in fresh air Beds were too soft but put anything on the edge you fell off Dinner paying 22 euro was not great. Asked for a sate for 2 skewers with ketjap chicken no sate and no mayo when he asked if I wanted Mayo.Overall not a bad place but definitely have some work to do.

Acceptable for a transit hotel, only if there is no other way. But overall we didn't like it. Only a very good breakfast saved the situation a little.

Parking is literally for 4-5 cars, and some of them have "managers' construction equipment". Be ready to park on the street. We parked with scandal in a place for electric cars, which of course in this hotel don't stay. The room in the additional annex is tiny and terrible, poor quality temporary construction. Everything worked poorly, the switch in the toilet was broken, because of which the sensor did not turn off and prevented us from sleeping. A very sharp angle of the attic wall is right next to the bed. The staff is unavailable after 8 pm. The neighbor forgot his keys and couldn't get into the building without the help of other neighbors :)

It is a very quaint little hotel with a great breakfast and very friendly staff. The restaurant was very nice and the location is lovely.

Unfortunately our room was in the roof and had very limited head space and the bathroom shower was very old and difficult to use with children as fixed mounted to one point in the wall.

Nice to have the parking so close. Very simple to check in.

It was a little cold in the evening as there was no personal heating in the room.
