Wonderful location if you are looking place for relaxing and enjoying weather. Luxury hotel. All details in the interior with a lot of love and attention. For the value of money I don’t think so that possible get better. Far from Naples but if you have car it’s no problem. We was without car. Used taxi from Naples centre (costed 80eur), but in the hotek we stay 2 days so don’t spend so much. Hotel price is very very good, breakfast are perfect and included and for dinner we went to the hotel restaurant. Restaurant is very good and prices are friendly. In day time we used bar and snacks. If you planning in advance without car just take some extra snacks instead of dinner. Wonderful experience.

We loved everything. There is events next to swimming pool in the evening until midnight. I am sleeping well so for me it’s not a problem. My BF using phone until the midnight so for him it’s not a problem as well.

Very clean property, once inside the gate you felt like you were in a different location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was a real positive. No issues with sun loungers and lots of different spaces. The pool bar was great for lunchtime and very reasonably priced. 

The location isn’t a holiday destination, but it is very easy to get to and once inside the gates you don’t feel like you’re in the area where the hotel is located. The rooms could be updated and the water pressure in the shower needs to be stronger. 

Delicious food, good bar, overall great experience.

Upon checking in, the front desk employee took a picture of our passports on his personal smartphone. What if he misuses my personal data? Or loses the smartphone with my personal data? Who will be responsible in case of identity fraud? Please instruct your staff on how to properly deal with sensitive data.

Everything was great the breakfast was really wonderful the room is big there is a balcony the staff are great

The pool area was used for an evening/night party witch was making us impossible to sleep till 1am, also the upper floor was used for couple of families with no sense for other hotel guests (banging with doors, running and screaming on the hallway…).AC had only 2 functions: on and off, making it very loud and cold (or hot if it was not on).A great place to stay if you are not in the room that much.

Staff & facilities ovetall quite good. But location totally unsuitable for guests without a car. Isolated in an industrial area with no pedestrian access.

Lack of pedestrian access to the site, airconditioning worked poorly, fridge the same. Guests with no car compelled to use the onsite restaurant resulting in lack of choice and unnecessary expense. Pool pavillion had functions and music until midnight and on one occasion 1.30 am. A shuttle service would be a useful service rather than 30 euro taxi services.

Don't let the motorway put you off as you can't hear it in the hotel. The decor is lovely. The restaurant looked fab and the food was lovely plus waiter was so nice translating the menu for us. Room nice got all facilities. Man at reception was also very helpful.

Didn't much like balcony as shared with everyone on your level.

Check in was really quick and we were in our room within 5mins. Good choice for breakfast. Check out was very easy. This was ideal hotel for us as we were visiting family locally.

Upon arrival there were no parking spaces. Unfortunately we were not able to relax due to loud music being played due to a function taking place.. We were not able to get to the pool area due to a function going on. Although this is mentioned as a possibility in the terms and conditions of staying at this hotel and it did not affect us it could be a disappointment if you planned to use the swimming pool.

Extremely good value for money, had a lovely 3 course dinner for 25 euros, large clean air conditioned room and great selection for breakfast, pool area very spacious and lots of parking

Location on a main highway, so perfect for a one night stopover to/from airport

The location was very run down. The motorway was literally outside the bedroom window which isn’t the best view.

shower water pressure, location (it’s a great hotel but need to have a car to get anywhere. the area is not reassuring for taking walks (actually discouraged).

The swimming pool area is just amazing, the hotel looks very royal and elegant overall.

The rooms are well isolated from exterior sounds but unfortunately they are not very well isolated in the inside, therefore we could hear what other guests were saying or doing in adjacent rooms, and sometimes people passing in the corridor during the night woke us up cause their voices felt just way too loud. Also, the doors are not automatized with magnetic cards, they still have the old key mechanism and for some reason our room could not be locked. Quite a disservice. Pity.

I thought breakfast selection wasn't great and prices for lunch and dinner was a little expensive. Afternoon chef used way too much salt I love seasond food but it really was soo much that neither me or my girls could eat it

Restaurant menu was very limited (especially for the vegetarians) and pool closed at 6pm.Also, the location was not good so we ended up driving every night to find somewhere pleasant to eat.If the pool opened later and the restaurant were betterwe would have come back to the hotel for the eveningafter sightseeing.

Poor breakfast. On the first day, there were only croissants for breakfast and we heard the waiter telling other people (who were asking for food) that foreigners woke up early and usually eat a lot… for the next days, the breakfast had additional ham and cheese, no vegetables though.Location. Unfortunately the location is in a dirty area, but staff made all their best to keep it clean inside.Noisy. Very bad experience on a Tuesday night as their restaurant outside and pool were rented for a private event. The music was very loud together with subwoofer and although there were double windows, it did not help at all. They kept the music loud and the entire party until 03:30 AM. I went 3 times to the reception and they always mentioned that the event will end at midnight. At 23:40 they offered to change the room, but I refused believing that they will end. Very bad experience and such a shame that they offer rooms when they are aware of private events. We booked 1 day before.Additional conditions are mentioned inside first message, although these are not presented on their description in booking.com

Very nice pool area.

Room was simple with broken door and not working fridge. The air-condition can’t be modified, you can only turn it on / off. Breakfast average, not very tasty.
