When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a very decent and friendly receptionist. The next person was as well friendly and sincere. The house keeping lady was very helpful with her limited English language to assist my children and I. We had a nice dinner at the restaurant with excellent service too. The hotel personnels gave a five stars standard of service during our stay!! We had an enjoyable and very pleasant stay and will definitely stay in Hotel Velo if we visit the city again in the future.

The property is nice and big, all very new and sparkling clean.Breakfast was nice with fresh fruit. Nice restaurant with very good and creative food, beautiful backyard outside sitting area.
Unfortunately, our room was next to the road on the ground floor and even though it‘s not a superbusy road, it was loud at night with windows open. Windows closed all good, but in the summer it was superhot, no aircon.For all we got it was overall too pricy.
