In Booking Android App they do not warn you about limited check-in hours. You receive an email and like "is there any thing like limited check-in?"These guys here just saw the incoming non-refundable booking request with check in in two hours before closing, did not say a thing, did not contact me when they went to sleep (maybe there is something wrong with me, I cannot find a way to the hotel, maybe they could leave a key somewhere, etc.) No, they call it a day and count 100 Euro in as if they earned them.UPDATE: even Booking cannot reach the hotel staff, I quote:> We’ve tried to follow up with the accommodation on your behalf, but we haven’t received a response. As your request reached us after your check-out date, this means we’re not able to process it further.So, they can ignore the communication with Booking!

Well cared for hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Quiet location overlooking Fulda.Excellent breakfast!There is a restaurant on the premises and you can park across the entrance.0

-The restaurant offers really high quality food, but less would have been more!-The information that a late check-in is not possible came after the completion of the booking process. No problem at the end.

I think we were unlucky. The room was cold and didn't heat up overnight even though the radiator was open. We were told it was the last one. Unfortunately we didn't feel too good. I think we arrived too late for breakfast (just kidding) because we couldn't find any boiled eggs, omelettes or puff pastry.

Comfortable room... good food for dinner and breakfast....parking complimentary and easy....everything very good.

There was a delivery at midnight outside the window which was unpleasant but short..

Room was big and clean. Beds were good. It was much better than expected.

No elevator.

Location & service were great - we had arrived late at night but everything was ready. The room was spacious and we felt comfortable as a family of 4 people. Breakfast is great - exactly what you need.

The owner of the hotel let us store our (expensive) bikes in a secure room without any fuss. Much appreciated! The views from the restaurant are quite fantastic. Value for money was also very, very good.

We were accidently charged with someone elses dinner on our room and the staff at check out couldn't fix this. We got our money back with bank transfer a few days later so all was good!

Room had a nice outlook & a very comfortable bed. Breakfast is plentiful & delicious.The staff are super helpful.

Used the hotel just as a stop over on the way home. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful (especially for finding a parking space).

There were lots of Staff, all friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was excellent, the food served was very good as was the breakfast.

It seemed to us to be a bit out of the way.

The hotel had nice room and good breakfast, really nice had the possibility to eat in the restaurant on site

Super hotel with excellent restaurant. We arrived late on a Friday evening after a stressful drive on the autobahn and were very happy that we could still order from an extensive menu with options also for vegetarians/vegans. Our third floor “attic” room (directly under under the roof) was spacious and modern.

Very good self service breakfast buffet , but the buffet table itself needs to be bigger to put out all the options available, bending down to get fruit salad, cold meats, cheese, salmon etc out of a refrigerated cabinet while other guests were taking things from a shelf above it was not ideal

Courteous service. Restaurant had a nice dinner menu. If you came by car, it is easy to get to Fulda in a few minutes.

The main drawback for me was the comfort of the bed. Sheets were too small and the mattress too thin. My room was also right above the entrance, people conversing and smoking outside. Ask for a room not facing the street if possible.

The room was a bit tricky to find, but once there, we found it great. Furnished with wooden furniture from the region with love for a detail. It was very clean as well. No stains or dirt in the bathroom either. The only thing we were missing in the room, was a kettle.

The staff was selling regional whiskey (which tasted awfully) but had no idea about what they were selling. After pointing out its bad taste they lost a bit of their friendly manner.

Just about everything you would expect from a 3 star hotel

Parking can be difficult outside the hotel, not clear on arrival there are alternatives.
