Pros +
- Excellent staff, clean & comfy room, quality restaurant, great location.
- Good location for my purpose, secure cycle storage in underground garage. Friendly, efficient staff. Everywhere spotlessly clean and functional.
- Nice hotel with friendly staff and a great breakfast. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food options. The room was spacious and featured a cute little electric fireplace.
Cons -
- Parking Garage is very small and tight, do NOT attempt if you have a larger vehicle or are not good at navigating places like that. It is smaller and tighter than your normal parking garages in Europe. Park in the free lot 100m away instead.
- Nothing negative comes to mind….
- The sauna and jacuzzi are broken. It would be great to have them working in the autumn or winter.

Beautiful hotel linked to an amazing restaurant. The breakfast was to die for, so many options, including freshly squeezed orange juice you can do yourself! Great value for money considering breakfast and taxes were included. Great service. Clean and mostly comfortable rooms. Great location with a cute street market just outside once a week. Lots of facilities in the room.
The bunk bed was a little fiddly if you were the person staying on the top bed, as you had no other way of switching lights on/off apart from coming down. There was a long cupboard in the middle of the room making a walk-through separate from the main bed area but that was awkward and just took more space. The shower cubicle is quite isolated but doesn't have a door/curtain so a lot of water splashed being that area and into the bathroom.
We truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice. The rooms are very good too. The location in Peer is easily reachable yet in the centre of Peer. There were lots of activities in the city the weekend that we were there.
During room cleaning only the bed was made up, everything else remained untouched. We didn't ask for the towels to be changed, that's perfectly fine, but the ones lyign on the bed were bundled wet on one of the seats and any dirty cups were not removed.
Great looking and very comfortable hotel in the town center. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was exceptionally delicious and had good portion sizes. Breakfast also was completely stocked with hot and cold options, eggs bacon cereals breads etc. Overall, an excellent choice !
All was good !
Modern room, clean and comfortable
Excellent breakfast.
I have arrived late, around 22.00-22.15 I was ringing a bell in reception for 10-15 minutes, and was getting afraid that nobody would come and finally from the restaurant nearby the waiter/receptionist showed up. Underground garage is filthy, full of some garbage, old furniture leftovers, some renovation garbage/leftovers.
The staff were extremely helpful - we were late arriving due to bad traffic, but we phoned ahead and the staff were very understanding. We had an excellent evening meal in the restaurant, and breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice. Our room was very spacious with a seating area and good shower room - the bed was extremely comfortable!
Because of the one-way road system in Peer it was difficult finding the hotel - even our sat nav couldn’t cope!We paid extra to use the hotel’s underground car park which was good and quite spacious, but rather tight getting down there - a 4x4 wouldn’t make it!
One of the best hotel breakfasts we ever had. Broad variety of food and stylish restaurant.
Would prefer to have more than 3 coffee tablets for the machine in the room. It is too limited.
Lovely room, lots of space, very comfortable. The adjacent restaurant was great for dinner and the breakfast was abundant with lots of choice. Staff was friendly and helpful and helped me secure my bicycle. All around, an excellent stay.

friendly, clean, fresh breakfast, spacious room,
Coffee pads at the room could be 4 instead of 3 ? for 2 adults.

The staff at this hotel is truly amazing. I initially thought I had booked a suite with a bathtub, but it turned out that suites come either with a shower or a bathtub. During check-in, I asked if there was a possibility to switch, but unfortunately, all suites were fully booked at that moment. However, just an hour after we checked in, the receptionist kindly approached us and offered to move us to another suite with a bathtub, as a last-minute cancellation had made it available. This level of attentiveness and service truly made our stay exceptional!
Nice, comfortable and modern hotel in the heart of the small town of Peer. We were warmly welcomed by the staff of the restaurant next door and served a quality meal notwithstanding the calm period of the year. This restaurant is situated in the old town hall, where also the breakfast is served. Our room was modern and stylish, with comfy beds and a cosy fireplace. Parking places, even non-paying, are closeby and easy to find. Price-quality this was a great choice for our small family.
Very much a detail and a matter of personal taste, but the music during breakfast felt out of place for the setting – a rather loud mix of banal, house-style pop. A more subdued choice, like lounge or classical music, would have been more fitting and enjoyable.
Breakfast was amazing. Room large and very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was also quite good.
The room could use better lighting. There’s no direct light at the business desk.
The hotel is located in the center of the town, which is convenient for shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants. However, parking is a bit confusing because the parking garage is on the back of the hotel. The room is very spacious and clean.
Location of the parking garage. The sign and the directions can be more obvious. The hotel receptionists sometimes work as waitresses in the hotel restaurant, so requests were not always fulfilled. The hotel room needs more lights to work.
