    Pros +

    • The staff gave us dry lavenders, which was nice!
    • View from the room was good.
    • Everything was Ok, particularly Breakfast was perfect and the room was really clean. I spent 3 nights there, it was super nice. i will take this hotel again.

    Cons -

    • Very expensive for what it entails: the bed was very uncomfortable, the room not so clean, and it was in a very small city which made us wonder why such a high price!
    • Staff at the reception was really rude. At the time of our check-out, she asked me to clean the room, when I already kept the garbage aside. I had severe stomach pain from 2 days and I had a 2 y/o daughter who were playing with the cards. I told that lady that I can pay for cleaning, don’t worry but still she got really upset and started commenting on India and told me “In India, this is what you do”. How can you even comment on someone’s country. Let me explain then- 1. In India we have staff who do cleaning for guests.2. We never ask our guests to clean the room.3. We never gets upset with our guest and try to help them.4. We always say “Atithi Devo Bhava”5. Come to India and see India’s hospitality. She said - Ask your husband to clean the room, how can she say that when I said upfront I am ready to pay for cleaning. She was so furious and did not take money and called her boss and boss said the same thing, charge them 10 euro. See how simple was that.I asked her to book a taxi and she said - “No, I can’t”.Later, when I paid her then she booked a taxi for us. Thank you for that. The way she treated us was wrong and commenting about someone’s country was unexpected.Fyi, Nobody came for 3 days to give us fresh towel. You guys were charging for a water bottle, there was not even a single complimentary water bottle in the room.It was a nice experience until this happened and I was about to give you a nice review. If she would have just charged me instead of saying “In India, this is what you do & ask your husband to clean the room” I would have gave you a nice review but you ruined everything. Best of luck for your future and I would never say anything wrong about your country inspite of some really bad experiences.

All perfect - maybe just a bit pricey for a place without 24h desk in a small town.
