Very convinient and good accessibility

Room maybe a bit small but it is ok for short stay

Location is great. The Woman on the reception was very Kind and helped us to solve some questions we had. The room was ok. But it was possible to hear the neighbors. In general for one night is excellent

No air conditioning, but there was no need in august

The rooms were very comfortable and the hotel was easily reachable from Le Havre station.

The restaurant was closed on the weekend and so we had to go outside to find food

Friendly staff, easy access from highway.

Parking was excellent, The room was airy and of good decor. We never had breakfast but its reportedly good. Bed was comfortable

The somewhat misleading statement of there being a Bar at the hotel. There was no Bar as such , merely a licence to sell alcohol and not a structured Bar as one would imagine in a pub . The Bar was just some seating in the hotel reception area and no alcohol's were on display ,also the restaurant was closed at weekends and this was not mentioned in the blurb We had to get a Taxi to a restaurant which had a proper Bar. This defeated the object of our stay which was to wine and dine at this hotel. Also the toilet paper was single sheets of paper as opposed to conventional toilet paper on a roll.

It's a good value for the money, everything was going as expected from such a place. There's a lidl shop 2 mints walking from the the hotel which made our stay a little bit easier since we didn't need to worry about food.

The location is somewhat remote, though it's set in a beautiful green area. One downside was the staff's lack of responsiveness to booking chat, requiring me to reach out to booking customer service to be able to reach them.Also the fact that there wasn't any room service/cleaning for the couple of days that we booked.

No AC or fan, was a bit hot.Pillows very thin

Needed a good sized room near main Hospital. Only 10 minute walk to Jaques Monod. Plenty of really local (walk to)facilities Bakers,Supermarkets,even cinema.. Staff were very helpful and efficient. Very clean inside Hotel. Obviously still being updated after Covid. Very near major mall shopping centre.

Outside gave a poor impression of what this Hotel actually offered.

Mattress and beddings are of good quality materials. Fresh towels (despite the humidity in the room). Coffee, tea and kettle.

The room was a bit dim (too few lightings) and kind of old fashion and humid. Latest check in time could be too early (9 pm).

Shower temperature changes drastically every 5 sec hot/cold. There is mold in some place of the bathroom.
