Noise from other rooms

We spent just one night for a quick family trip, did not want to stay in the city and prefer to spend the night in this hotel. The lobby is nice, staff very kind and helpful, however our room was quite old and not that nice (we had a standard room). However, I like the mattress and pillow, although there was just one type of pillow. Cheap and comfy parking. Did not have breakfast, so cannot say anything about it

Room pretty old, need some renovations but for one night it was ok.Location is not one of the best, outside of the city in a commercial zone, but if you do not like it, you have simply to check the map before booking.

Not a dog-friendly hotel

Extremely disappointed with the accommodation despite correspondence. Had booked a superior room without carpeting and written clearly that I had a small dog. But had to change the room to room with carpet because I had a dog. No good places to walk with dog. The breakfast extremely small selection.

Everything was perfect for us. Staff is very friendly, location was great close to motorway, and shopping centre. Breakfast was fantastic, and it has a lot of choice. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We didn't use facilities like swimming pool, but hopefully next time we will ! Highly recommended.

The furniture is old, as for a four-star hotel, and apparently no one looks after it, and the bed creaks with every movement. For that kind of money, they could buy at least a couple of bottles of drinking water. The bathroom is great

Nothing special, less than expected for a 4* hotel

Free internet is almost non-existent. You have to pay extra for normal internet traffic. Unexpected for a 4* hotel

Very convenient location, close to the highway; delicious breakfast, very clean bathroom, a welcome gift for children :)

Breakfast suppreme, rooms are clean and tidy also a good value for money. The hotel grounds looks very nice, also the parking spaces was very nice and easy.

The views weren't amazing, the area around the hotel isn't a nice place to take a breather by means of a walk. The beds are not for people with even a little back pain. The staff treated you nice but lacked experience.

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable hotel and the staff are lovely and helpful.

The location: This place is badly accessible with the public transportation. Buses come only once an hour and the taxi which i ordered did not arrive. The hotel manager was so nice that he drove us to the next tram station.

a miscommunication between receptionists lead to me having to pay for breakfast and parking twice, but it was easily resolved and my money was refunded :)

We satyed here for the 3rd time. Hotel has great location close to main road, very convenient if you are in transit through Germany. Room was clean and very spacious. Staff was super friendly and would answer all questions. Relax in jaccuzzi is very nice bonus to stay. Parking is paid but it is secure.

It would be nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the room.
