- Calm and quiet, perfect for relaxation, what we desperately needed after demanding December at work and hectic days and traffic jams around New Years Eve. We absolutely recommend Superior Room with Balcony. Great staff, polite and friendly, even though we don't speak Hungarian and most of them are not quite good sith their English - they managed to resolve all requests. :))) Food was really good!

- Thermal Water has quite unpleasant smell - and you get to know that when you stand next to it. Those pools are with too many people all the time. Indoor Jacuzzi is too small and full all the time. There is a line in front of each sauna because some people are simply crazy and tend to be a whole day in saunas (not recommended at all, from health reasons!) We went to Spa from 19:30 to 21:00 and that was Ok. For that number of people, when the hotel is fully booked, cleaning during the breakfast hours should be more improved/more often. For dinner there was no such impression, just assuming that many guests had only breakfast.
- My baby managed to find a salted biscuit somewhere near the bed and he tried to eat it.

I like the thermal pool , only shame that is no open a bit longer . Coming from work 6, having a dinner left little time to enjoy. Could be open to 10pm for example. 8.30 they ask me to leave.
That the thermal pool is closing early even for the hotel guests. Could change a ala carte menu more often.
