Please note late Check-in / Late Check-out: Please note that an additional charge of €20 per person per hour will apply for check-in outside of the scheduled hours or for late check-out. Smoking Policy: Smoking inside any unit or in nonsmoking areas will incur an additional charge of €200 for deep cleaning. Property Damage / Loss: Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including from smoking outside designated areas, will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed upon during check-in. Damages will be charged to the debit/credit card provided at the time of booking, check-in, or check-out. Pet Policy (Exceptions Only): Normally, pets are not allowed. However, under exceptional circumstances, we may allow a pet at an additional charge of €30 per pet per day. Guests must request permission before arrival, and approval is subject to management discretion. Additional Guests / Unregistered Guests: If an additional guest arrives in a room that was not booked for extra occupancy, a surcharge of €30 per extra guest per night will apply. Guests must inform the property in advance, and availability of extra beds is subject to confirmation.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
