Pros +
- The location was good for Phantasialand.
- Great little place just off the motorways. It's above an american style diner, which was extremely helpful when it came to eating. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious.
- For the price point a great value. Friendly check in and out, restaurant on site was very affordable and had a lot of variety.
Cons -
- The staff were really disappointing, it felt like we were putting them out by being there. The rooms could do with some kind of fan or air con as they were stupidly hot and with the windows open all you can hear is the road.
- The noise of the nearby traffic was a bit loud and disturbed my sleep, as did some of the bar visitors in the beer garden.
- No breakfast and no fridgeBed was squeaky when put against the wall. So moved it off the wall a bit

Stayed in Room 8. Price quality very nice. Good restaurant just a walk down the stairs. It's a motel next to a road close to the exhibition center. If you have a car it's great
