Clean hotel with nice size rooms.

Far from the city & breakfast is not good.

The no fuss no reception check-in/out is great. Combination of breakfast (which could be a little bit earlier for business travel) and availability to use the boulder area is superb.

The timing of the breakfast could be a little bit more flexible upfront but that is something sought after heavily in business-stay-hotels

Good location when visiting by car. Lots of parking space.

Room was not too practical. Shower and toilet were not in the same room. The lights in the room, operated by a motion sensor, were very impractical.

Amazing Hotel ! Industrial style , very modern. Self check in was very unique experience. Perfect spot for relaxing after a long drive . Definitely will come again.

Great hotel concept. It was a perfect match for us on the way from Poland to Italy. The hotel is in the middle and provides great active rest.

The location of this hotel is very close to the highway and to a big mall, which is an advantage. The room is very clean and cozy. I also saw that other visitors had problems with the check-in, but for us it went smoothly. I would stay again. The breakfast was also really good.

There was a problem with the lights in one of our rooms, but it was fixed shortly. The staff is also very nice!!

Very industrial vibe new hotel. Pretty spacious room with quite good facilities. There is a massive shopping center closeby, Plesae be reminded to drive to this hotel.

Breakfast was very good lots of choice and the staff very helpful and 3hr plus time span, no pressure no need to rush.This was the forth time I have stayed and would not hesitate to use it again.

I am not a big lover of self check in.

**1-Stars Review – Terrible Experience, Couldn’t Even Check In!** **Avoid this hotel!** I prepaid my stay through Booking.com. When I arrived around 23.45, check-in system didn't work, and no staff available to let me in. Despite following all instructions, I was left stranded outside with no help from the hotel or Booking.com. Nobody answers on the phone, by e-mail or messages trough Booking app. I had to find and pay for last-minute accommodation elsewhere, wasting both time and money. Zero customer service, zero responsibility.Extremely disappointed and will never book here again. Booking.com should remove this hotel from their platform if they can’t provide basic access to guests. **Do not risk it—look for a reliable hotel instead!**

Boulder was a surprise -our kid was happy to do climbing! All was clean and stylish building. Easy self checkin

Modern, quiet, clean, loads of space to park. Guests climb for free!!! There is also a fitness gym section that you can use. What a pleasant surprise

The shower has no doors. Other person in the room can watch you during shower.

it was very clean and the beds were very good. the breakfast was good as well - not cheap products!

we arrived very late and we did a self check in (it wasn't specified this when we read about the hotel - that they had no reception!). the email that we've received from the property after the reservation came in german! - the link provided for filling in the info took us to a page that it was also in german..! Because it was very late, we consider that we should try to fill in the forms on the way to the hotel - it was a very big challenge with the translation :( after we finised (somehow ..) .. the site took us ,,home,, where we saw that it was a ,,english version,, - but the link they gave in the message skipped this part..when we arrived at the hotel, we had to log in - here was another challenge! - in the message we've received - THE ONE IN GERMAN!! - they provided a number and a log in name - different from the ones generated from booking.. -in the room - the TV wasn't working - the wifi wasn't working.. and no one answered the contact phone that was provided in the message.. because of the concrete walls - I think - there was very poor reception on the phone network - so in order to have ,,internet,, we had to stay near the window.so, it wasn't an experience that we will repeat in the future

Gym equipment not maintained. Treadmill was broken. Bicycle barely functioning. Do some maintenance guys!!

Clean hotel

They told us to checkin until 23:30 and actually is manual check in and you do it on your own. No people at the reception in anytime nor in the mornings or lunch or evening. We could not ask for an invoice on company name because they automatically did it on our personal names. Nothing around the location

Really cool place, excellent furniture, super clean and easy self-check in and out. Good breakfast and super friendly staff. And: the greatest fitness center possible… A huge climbing hall!

It would have been a straight 10, BUT….Who in the world will install a motion sensor for the bathroom in an open room? You get up at night and: the light goes on and you have to wait for it to turn off again.This is a really terrible setup fail you guys should fix. You have got to be able to turn lights on AND off with a switch, at least in the main room!
