eXo Individual Hotel Lampertheim - by SuperFly Hotels

Dog-friendly .

The breakfast was rather basic and the breakfast room was very cramped.

Standard hotel in a quiet area. Spacious room

Free Parking

Breakfast and room size. We felt like we were in an attic room

Ez access free parking

Can smellPeople smoking on the street

Good price for the room size including breakfast, new furniture, effective heating system, parking,

People were talking at midnight in the corridor and we could hear them like they were in our room.. The restaurant for breakfast is very very small and the breakfast items are unbelievably limited. It is enough to eat something,if you can sit, but not interesting. For example there is no scrambled egg or fresh or white cheese. You cannot ride the elevator from ground level!!!!!!

Clean rooms and good location

Dirty carpet in the hallway and could hear tv from other rooms

We did not stay and would not recommend this to anyone.

We had no code for the room key and could not get into the room. The telephone in the lobby had such poor reception that I could not understand what was being said. The hotel was part of a chain and the person had no idea who I was or where the hotel was and we went elsewhere. Nor was there any food available anywhere nearby and the small restaurant next door had reverted to being a private house.

Room was clean & bathroom was beautiful.

Very mess up check in - needed to do it on phone with the person from other hotel who knows nothing about this property & almost didn't answer the phone. Some group of man's drinking & smoking front of the entrance. Room lock didn't work, they gave us new room throw. Nosy location at least on Saturday night.

I had booked for my friend and they couldn't make it. I had done the booking a few days prior and paid with no cancellation. So I decided to stay there. The room was clean and good facilities. Very comfy bed.I was pleasantly surprised.Very good value for money

Breakfast was good.

Had to ask to get my room cleaned despite leaving the sign on the door which said I wanted my room cleaned. No lift which meant having to haul my suitcase upstairs,

The hotel is really good, clean and comfy. Staff is helpful. Best thing there, they have a legendary breakfast.

I liked the beds and breakfast excedded my expectation, location was ok for a night in.

The room cleaning with Vinegar caused a horrible smell in the corridors,it's very dark and scary for kids at night,"one child said it's creepy in the floor"

This hotel is conveniently located, providing free underground (secure) parking and comfortable rooms. It's a perfect location to stay at during a road-trip.The hotel was going through a renovation at the time of visit, but this wasn't a problem. They warned us about this before we arrived, and if they hadn't we probably wouldn't have noticed. Aside from a very faint fresh-paint smell, we wouldn't have noticed otherwise.

Likely owing to this renovation, there are some aspects about the hotel that feel a little old-fashioned and out of date, but as the hotel is undergoing a renovation it's expected these attributes won't be around much longer.

Staff were easy to approach and were fast to respond.

The staff at reception spoke good English.

Cheap and clean

Toilet pots are not well designed. Its very uncomfortable

Clean, nice rooms, comfortable bed, good breakfast

There was some construction around, no refrigerator or tea kettle in room

No evening staff available - not good, although we were able to access our room via safe and key code - this stress not needed - get some evening staff on!

No evening staff! Human contact please! Poor room space - attic room with low ceiling.

Easy to reach. Right by the roadside. Relatively quiet.

Not the greatest hotel in the world but it was low price so was great value for money. Staff were great and the breakfast was superb. I would stay here again for sure

Everything was fine for me.

Great location but staffing is very limited. Be prepared to work to check in

Limited staff. Hotel is nice but limited areas outside to sit.
