A leak in toilet wall. Air conditioning did not work in the room
very helpful staff at the reception, even late in the night. From reception to breakfast area, the staff made everything to make me comfortable.the mattress is comfortable, and the room spacious.
as the address doesn't include any specific number on the road, i advise the clients to ring the hotel and guide them to get to the hotel. Maybe some instructions could be given once booking is confirmed, an email could be send with a map or just some description such as near to Geant Casino.
Shower ok, ok for dogs.
No air-conditioning, beds not comfortable, restaurant closed for 2 weeks.
Maybe they could work on the cleanliness. The rest is ok.
