The staff was nice , accomodating.

Umm I missed the toothpaste in the toiletries provided.

The rooms were fun for the kids and nice and clean with comfy beds. Discount on parking - don't forget to book the overnight parking at least 1 hour before 6pm!

Breakfast was on the pricey side. The TV was equipped with a Chromecast but it was not available on the WiFi network. In order to have a secure network this is the proper way to set up the WiFi so you need to use a different system where you scan a QR code to gain access to a sub net that includes you in the Chromecast's virtual private network. I've seen it done in other hotels however I believe it was software running on the TV, not an external dongle which I believe is what The People Caen setup is.

Clean, convenient, turned up very late in the evening and was able to book breakfast on the check in machine which was really useful. Really like the layout of the family rooms as there is still some separation between the double bed and bathroom and beds on the mezzanine level where the kids slept. Good black out curtains and Aircon.

The sink slightly overhung the toilet which was a bit inconvenient!!

Bed bugs photographed on the bed with other crawling insects one from under pillow, entrance mat to bedroom dirty, bathroom facilities dirty. Would not recommend , we literately walked in and saw the awful room with all of the above and booked somewhere else. We have tried to get a refund but they are not helpful, they will not accept that the room conditions were dirty .

Clean & functional. No pretentiousness. Staff helpful & friendly especially Louis the King. Excellent value for money.

We stayed with 3 kids for 2 nights and it was nice. The room and the place itself are very well designed, the beds are good and the room, even small, was quite nice. The bathroom were good with hot water all the time. Wifi is great and also free parking.Lobby with machine for coffee, tea or snacks.

Far from the city, so you really need a car.Breakfast is a litllt expensive for what it is.No refrigiator, even not in the lobby.

Auto check-in machine that gives you your room code even if you come in when the reception is not working. Pleasant staff.

Poor breakfast in a cramped cafeteria. Cramped rooms. Room wasn't very clean at all. Stairs only. No cards or keys, must enter the code every time you want to access the room. Way too expensive for what it is.

The family room with mezzanine. Very clean the beds were comfy.

No one there to do check in. They have a machine to get a code to enter your room and car parking.The bathroom was very small.

Uncomfortable. Dangerous stairs inside the room. Shower small and not comfortable. I didn't sleep well.You had to redo the code dozens of times to enter the room. The breakfast room was too small. The customers were almost pushing each other to get something to eat. Thank God I eat better at home! Overpriced hotel compared to others. Very bad experience.
