Great location and friendly staff to offer reservation of underground parking ahead of time. There is a great restaurant with brewery downstairs but please reserve ahead for dinner !

The location is in the old town, it is nice and quiet.The room is clean, warm, and quiet.

The breakfast place is in the main building, while my room is in another building. It is impossible to wake up and have breakfast without putting on some clothes. It is not useful, especially in the wintertime.It is a little bit expensive in comparison to the "network" hotels, but suits for one night, or a business trip.The reception works only till 21 o clock.

A great example of getting just about everything right - we were greeted nicely and given a superb spacious room with a balcony and an allocated space in an internal garage. Plenty of lifts and accessibility, fabulous restaurant selling authentic local fare and they even have their own brewery. Just a short walk to various sights and Regensberg castle. Staff spoke amazingly good English and were good fun.

We couldn’t find any WiFi in our room and breakfast was a bit depleted when we visited mid service - a bit of a surprise as everything else had been impressive.

Lovely hotel with a small brewery underneath, the beer was delicious a very knowledgeable bar staff , Lovely airy restaurant & bar, we never ate there food looked delicious bit pricey but it's high end food so expected.

Nothing really the heating had come on in our room, the staff were great and moved us immediately to a lovely room so all good.

Great location in the city center, excellent breakfast, comfortable room.Nice underground parking.

The restaurant food and staff were pleasant.

Soft beds - woke up with a back ache. Breakfast was a disappointment. The parking garage is a parking test not for the timid. I'm sure it's resulted in a number of insurance claims or at least : (

I paid twice for the stay which is not good value for money

The hotel facilities were perfectly reasonable BUT I was double charged by a combination of the hotel and/or booking.com My card details were taken after an email form booking.com 7 days before the stay. The hotel said that hey charged the card and then cancelled the transaction. The problem is that he money had left my account (ie whatever was said teh charge happened). This meant that I had to pay AGAIN when i stayed at the hotel as they said that this had been cancelled and they hadn't received the money. I would suggest being very cautious when being asked for card details 'that will not be charged' to prevent this happening. The hotel were not helpful after the event their attitude was they hadnt received the money so no liaison w booking.com and Im still trying to get recompense although teh bank say that because this was an international transfer they cant help.

Awesome super helpful and friendly staff, delicious food, quiet rooms and location! They are also pet friendly. Definitely recommend this accommodation!

Small thing to mention, but not a deal breaker: Separate buildings, so had to walk to breakfast and then back, which is not a big issue but not as comfortable as walking down the stairs as you would normally have.Parking was arranged but a bit tricky to get to, although not far!

The bathtub was huge for European standards,as was the room size. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was spot on, except for driving and parking challenges.

There was too little parking associated with the hotel. The second bed was hUnusually firm.

Centrally located. Helpful and friendly staff. Beautifully decorated rooms. Very secure parking for my motorbike in the hotel's own underground garage.

small room, no elevator, no air conditioning, no blinds to prevent from sun warming the room, np small pillow, winter pillow in the middle of a hot summer, dark unfriendlich room for breakfast
