THE 3 TIME WE GO THERE VERY NICE GOOD BREAKFAST NICE PLACE

Staff very helpful, friendly and polite. I really liked the fairly rural location, especially the adjacent forest.Nearby village within easy walking distance.

The rooms were slightly outdated and could have done with modernising.

Super friendly staff, good breakfast. Perfectly functional despite outdated fittings.

It's in Belgium, where, apparently, you can't get anything to eat after 2100 or a beer after 2200 on a Saturday night.

The wi-fi was bad, the refrigerator was not working and you can hear too much from the other rooms.

Everything! It’s a quirky, hotel-cum-motel-cum-hostel not far from Antwerp, set in woods, very easy to find, easy to park, a warm welcome from laid-back staff, a perfect room and lots of places outside to cook and wat a camping-type supper/ breakfast. We loved it and will certainly return.

Breakfast was delicious. Every morning the staff where very helpful . Everything was clean and set up beautifully

Very friendly reception staff, free tea and coffee 24 hours, and free drinking water still and sparkling! Trampolines and table tennis outside for kids, and pool table indoors. We stayed overnight in a nice spacious family room 5 beds on the way to UK and will definitely stay again in the future.

The host a young lad from Holland was brilliant.Spoke great English and couldn't do any more for you as nothing was too much trouble including sorting a kettle for the room.Really impressed by him.

Not clean, silverfish traps, smelly and very humid bathroom. Smelly bedding. I didn’t feel good overall and would not book again. We visited with a family of five and outside the windows other guests were smoking weed

I was pleased they were able to check us in even though we arrived at 12:30am. The place is in a quiet leafy area. There was free car parking, though busy but there was an extension. The colour theme of the rooms makes the place look dated and antiquated but in reality it's quite nice. There's free coffee machine and water dispenser in a communal area. There is a tiny kids play area. All lovely stuff. The staff were polite.

The room we stayed in had no WiFi signal, though my laptop could just about pick it up. Though minor, there is one flight of steps if your room is upstairs which could make hauling a heavy luggage challenging, although we were told assistance could be provided if needed

Brilliant staff who checked us in after midnight (we were late due to Irish ferries messing about in Dover). Fantastic free drinks machines.

Rooms are a little dated and mattress could have been comfier

Clean , we was staying there over night as we trver to UK . Hotel is near the road , staff is nice and helpful I recommend this place to people without big expectations.

Price as I believe it should not be so expensive however if you tired and is no other option...

The beds were a little hard but i suppose everyone has a preference. The room was very hot.

Easy check-in, very friendly staff. Great location to visit Bobbejanland. Free still and sparkling water and coffee and microwave in the breakfast room to use. Free parking.

Room for 4 very small and basic but sufficient for 1 night. No elevator.

I can speak to the reception in English.Have many activities in the hotel and a little bit of time to relax ?

I am hungry and need wait for the breakfast ? half hour ?

When I arrived at the hotel I was seriously stressed having left a machine I use to breathe at the previous hotel in Germany the night before, Despite my panic and stress I had the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to help me retrieve my breathing machine (Which I was able to collect the following day) My daughter & I can not wait to go back there on our next European road trip and we will be staying more than one night next time ... I cant recommend this hotel high enough
