Excellent location, spacious rooms, fairly clean and good value for money. Free parking available on site.

No shower gel available.

Staff was great, especially the girl in the restaurant/breakfast. I had an issue with the safe which was swiftly resolved. Great property, It could do with a refresh, but the staff make it worthwhile. I will definitely visit again.

Shower fixtures were broken. Shower showed visible signs of mold. Toilet fixture was broken. Shower was small.

Modern hotel in Zalau located in a neighborhood with flats, so it doesn't really stand out location-wise. The hotel looks pretty new and the rooms are well furnished and clean. The airco worked perfectly to cool down the room in summer, and the room was further very quiet so we slept well.There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel, and another on the side (with barrier access); there was sufficient parking space and we could leave the fully-packed car in sight of the hotel entrance without any concerns.There are the usual amenities of a residential area nearby (banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, etc.).The restaurant has a varied menu and the food is very tasty. The breakfast is served early and provides sufficient choice, and good quality foods.

One evening restaurant used for function, had walk streets to find evening meal. Not good.

-Good location-car park available -big room

-The bathroom wasn’t clean. More attention to details is needed -the lift was broken but staff wouldn’t help with the luggage -poor breakfast As is a 4* hotel more attention to details is needed.

The hotel is in downtown, private parking, restaurat was verry nice.

The minibar fridge was unplugged and inside everything was warm.It will be nice to have a water heater to prepare a tea in your room if you like so

Nice hotel, large and well furnished room, very nice and helpful staff. Very good restaurant, tasty dishes, a lot of home made food. I specially recommend the home made ice cream with apple! Also a very nice breakfast with some original touches. Overall a very good experience, better that other famous location in Romania.

Impeccable room design, cleanliness, staff and overall confort. The perfect bed and pillows, as well as the calm surroundings ensure great rest.

The reception girls were so kind and nice. They made my stay better for sure. Room was clean, everything was great. Also a plus for the location. It is quiet and I could rest well.
