The location is not near the train station the staff good the best on of them is Janett Kindler she was good with us during our stay at the hotel

staff was friendly, but the room faced the street and was noisy at night. Also, the single bed was narrow, soft like plastic foam and uncomfortable

Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent!

Everything was functional but a little bit outdated. The remote control for the TV was not working, maybe it ran out of battery power. Navigation of the TV itself was very limited and/or lacking instructions.

First of all perfectly clean. Very cosy, amazing breakfasts. Nothing to add!

Restaurant and bar closed on a Monday. Beware, everything in Herzberg is closed on a Monday evening (except Lidl)!

The room and bath was nice. There was also a parking around the hotel.

no air conditioning in the rooms. sleeping with the windows open was extremely noisy (busy roads around the hotel)

We were very surprised because we didn´t rxpect the hotel tobe and to have Top Service, the Room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, excellent breakfest, a big parking in front of the hotel. Top Top Top Qualität!!! A BIG SURPRISE

the property itself was ok with good clean rooms.

When we arrived on a Sunday for a 2 night stay the hotel car park was empty and the front doors were locked. I telephoned the hotel and eventually the proprietor turned up and we were able to check in. We were then told that the bar was closed on a Sunday and the restaurant was closed for both nights of our stay. I had checked the hotel website when booking to ensure all the facilities would be available during our stay but the hotel clearly moved the goalposts between booking and our stay.

Friendly personnel, clean and spacious rooms. Decent breakfast with some choice.

Beds were not to my taste. Food was alright, but not more than that. Old bathroom which would be ready for renovation. No straightening iron on the room.
