Decent air conditioner

Self check in code didn't work, no explanation of how to get the lights on , no mention of the wifi password. Had to phone/message about these issues, not the quickest of reply.Dogs , although it was made evident that it was dog friendly.

It was super easy with the self check-in, and a special request to extend my reservation for one day was super easy handled by the staff! Thanks for that!

Would be great if it is possible to turn OFF the bathroom/toilet ventilation at night. Maybe i was just too silly to turn it off?!

Clean and good location with parking

Checkin experience was not well, also was impassible to rest, because early morning from 8am start yelling and started work construction near my window where I sleep.

Good location and nice wood feel to everything.I could not rate the staff because there was no contact!!

The fridge doesn’t really work, instead it heats up the whole room. Some of the parking spaces are only made for tiny cars. The rooms need a bit more character, especially in such an amazing old building.

The room arrangement, the bathroom!!! was not convenaient at all!

Lovely characterfull exterior. Clean and modern inside with electric velux window that closed itself when rain was detected, which was very good. Shower was superb. Excellent access to bus services.

Lack of character inside but nicely modern and clean. Only one pillow on the bed. As there is no meal option it was a shame there wasn't some articles such as a kettle/fridge to serve ourselves.

The location

Check in was at a different location. There was no air con. If there was, I couldn't figure it out then.

The assistance provided. Friendliness of staff. Quaintness of hotel & town of Hard. Nice businesses. Ease of getting around.

An elevator would have been nice but we managed.

Had a super cozy single bedroom, inside newly renovated. The most I liked, it was the easy check-in procedure. Since I arrived a bit late, I got the code in a message. I have to say, I had a pretty nice stay at this place.

Lovely old exterior with incredibly nice, modern, sleek finish inside. Very quiet and comfortable. Great value for money and good recommendations for food from the staff.

On arrival we had to go to a different hotel to pick up the key cards, which I thought was a bit odd.

The room was simple but clean. Everything was fine, except the view from the window.

Beds were comfortable. The room, bathroom were functional and clean.

we had to go to another hotel located 600m away from this one to collect the card to access our room. This was only communicated the day before. We had to walk extra 1km (there and back) with heavy luggage. It should have been properly communicated on the website. It should also mention that the hotel has no reception.Another issue is that the walls are very thin and I could hear every conversation at the corridor.

Did not leak during the rain

"What are you looking for?" instead of "Welome" (no joke). Broken shower facility. Smart window system which decides itself whether you live in +35C room without air or not.

Convenient on a main road, but still quiet. Near restaurants, bakery, and groceries. Received door codes via e-mail (only staff we saw was a housekeeper in the morning).

The bicycle rack is not secured to the ground. We had two rooms -- one was under the eaves with a ceiling window, and both window and Rolladen are automatic. The window closed automatically when the rain began, so the room was quite warm (no air conditioning). When it wasn't raining, the choice is between and open window or closed Rolladen, there are no additional blinds or curtains to help darken the room. The room across the hall did not have this issue.
