The Hotel is located on a busy road in the middle of a village. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance. The room was clean, but stay away from # 29: although the window reaches out to the quiet backyard, there are rented rooms above and the ceiling starts shaking in the middle of the night. We called the owners and they managed to calm things down. They also gave us a discount.
Everything; staff was wonderful, rooms were lovely, as was the food. Just a short drive to Menden, so location was great too. Overall, first class.

Good location for our planned travel, excellent breakfast, really nice host.
The bed was nice and made of wood, however, every move you make in the night makes the bed creak quite loudly, but it wouldn't put me off staying here again.
