Stuff was friendly, they let us stay at the pool as long as we like because the hot tub was closed (we were there alone).The room is big

we needed more towels because ours got wet in the pool and they told us there is only one towel for a day, and an extra one will be 3 euro =/Many noises from the hallway

Speaking as a Turk, I must say their version of a "Turkish bath" doesn’t resemble the authentic experience at all. It feels more like a sauna—and not a functioning one.

The property is pretty outdated and the location is not that great . Also the Ac didn’t work whole night and that caused se were discomfort and the staff was not available when tried to reach staff . Also when brought to attention to staff next day they had just Sorrento say and seems they were aware but didn’t bother to inform or fix the problem.

Everything other than the pool. The dining room manager is pretty rude and for 30 euro per person what the food they offer is not worth it. When my wife asked to accommodate us for dinner as my children were hungry and it was late in evening they out right rejected and without providing any alternative to eat anywhere .

Nice people in reception desk and Rose the driver. The shuttle bus was very convinient, the location is good we even walk to the closest beach. The view from our room even on the lower floor was spectacular. The breakfast was good, love variety of fruits and ricotta cheese.

Bad noise insulation, could hear neighbours above us. Turkish sauna was not working. Some equipment in the gym was broken.

Very nice resort in good location, helpful ladies in reception desk, shuttle bus is very convinient with good driver Rosa. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

We had no luck with people above us, the lady was too noisy. We could hear her walking on the hills, so insulation is not so good. Also is not resort problem but bus stop close to resort located next to the wall very close to driving cars. Very dangerous position.

The hotel was fine but decor was a little dated. Rooms were small but adequate, Balcony view was superb.Reception staff were fantastic and so helpful.Courtesy bus was very reliable.

We had asked for a room with a bath with which we were provided. Unfortunately the water was not hot which rendered the bath useless> very disappointing for my partner who loves a bath. The situation was never sotred despite complaining every day. Too bad one of the receptionists was not a plumber!!!Pool bar and inside bar in the evening. First two nights inside bar had NO Vodka or Brandy. Was told it was in pool bar which was closed and no effort to go there and bring requested drink. Stock controller should be dismissed or replaced.Little choice at breakfast which was buffet scrambled eggs with bacon. Always cold. Should be advertised as cold buffet. Also long time to replenish when ran done.Some days no orange juice

Location near the Gardens where we were going to a concert. Short distance to beach. Mostly clean. Nice to have a balcony.

Not all facilitates were open. Like bar and eating area by the pool. Not easy to sit outside in the shade given the extreme heat of July.

The staff in the dining area weren’t very helpful when my son was sick, no one came to helpWe had to clean up our selves. We wanted to pay the night before we left as we were leaving early (5:30am) they made us feel like we were trying to scam them into taking dinner & drinks the last night without paying. Even though we had dinner planned elsewhere. They even knocked on our door to could we pay for drinks we never ordered. But thankfully they realised when we said we weren’t here

The views of Forio are exceptional, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is close to the bus stop

Nothing don’t book!

I don’t know where to start! First of all only one person in the reception is kind and speak English all the others don’t understand a word you are saying. The service is super bad. The staff by the pool bar even yelled at me when I kindly asked her to turn down the music. There was NO air condition in the room! I wasent able to sleep my entire stay not even by the pool where the music is techno from 10 pm. Minibar doesn’t work! When I was in pain they couldn’t even offer me a single pill of ibroprofen because it was meant for the staff (that’s how the service mindset is).This place is not close to the beach. It is far away from the everything! There is no supermarket near by and the hotel doesn’t offer water so even getting water is stressing. Fitness is old and I functional there is mold in the spa. I don’t have any positive thing to say. I am so sad that I used so much money and time to go there to rest and I wanted go home the first day just to get away! I don’t recommend this place!

The location was good for visiting the renowned Montella garden which is absolutely worth a visit while in Ischia. Overall, for a couple of days it was a nice stay. The services provided were helpful: we managed to book a scooter easily, and the hotel provides transfer when requested.

Would not be our my first choice of a hotel in Ischia, and definitely not for the very first visit to the island. The rooms were quite dated.

The location and view of the property was good.

The service was far from top notch. When we arrived, we were given a room on the ground floor. I had booked and paid for a room with a sea view. Technically speaking, the room was facing the sea. However, there were trees obstructing the view. They only offered us another room after we expressed our malcontent.We were offered a welcome cocktail that could only be used the day of arrival. Only, we arrived quite late and it wasn't possible to use it the same day. We were told we could go use it a different day. When we finally had time to go, the service was quite disappointing. We were sent to the reception. The reception employee had no idea why we were told this. She went to inform herself on how to proceed. In the meantime, another employee decided to serve us. However, it was really not a pleasant experience.We had booked half board. The first evening, we had ordered fish from a very limited selection. It was really quite terrible. Went a waiter came to pick up the plates, he asked what was wrong with it. We expessed that it was extremely dry. They offered to bring something else bit we declined since none of the other options were appealing. The following day, the choices were very limited. We asked if they could offer something outside of the written menu but they said it wasn't possible. Since this was already the second day, we contacted booking to change our plan from half board to only bed and breakfast. They were supposed to refund 252 Euros less one dinner for 3 people but they did not. When I spoke to them, I made it clear that I needed to consent to the amount of the refund prior to processing the change. They did not do this nor did they collaborate with booking subsequently. They did not reply to either their email messages nor telephone calls. Booking had me on the line while they were trying to call. I also messaged the property through the booking app but received no reply.

Service reacted quickly as our first room wasn’t really clean. Also, the first room had not the selected sea view. They were very friendly and helped us with another room. The pool and the view are insane!

Nice room. Great views from the restaurant. Lovely pool and outdoor areas. Bus stop 1 minute from the hotel.
