- The location was perfect for our needs,it was an easy walk into Eibar and the transport links to bilbao were fantastic. The staff were really friendly especially the girl on reception who gave us a fantastic first impression
Cons -
- The room had no window to open and smelled really bad. We stayed in winter and the room was cold. Only a synthetic blanket to sleep under which didn’t keep me warm at night. The village is not worth staying, looks very miserabel.
- Terrible smell of weed in the corridor of 2nd floor, that's unacceptable. The smell went into the room.No English speaking stuff.I would say that the manner of the administrator could have been much much better. Stuff can say what exactly is included in the breakfast, we should not guess about it.Parking 15eur, pet 10 eur
- Parking along street so little bit of a walk depending where you found to park.

The location of the hotel was nice. Communication can be done via Google Translate. Lactose free opportunities in the breakfast menu. Breakfast 6eur per person.

Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Dog friendly. Nice to have cafe attached for coffee in the morning.
Parking along street so little bit of a walk depending where you found to park.
Not the best place to have a restful night
Being aware that this is a 1* hotel, theres no excuse for the amount of dust, spider webs and spiders living in that hotel room. I was also woken up continuously during the night/early morning due to the inexistent sound proof doors. Really not a good place to rest during one long trip ..
Very clean, friendly and welcoming staff. Good location. I was travelling by bicycle and they gave me a room on the ground floor and allowed me to keep it in my room as there was not a safe storage space elsewhere.
Not great soundproofing so it was pretty noisy.
They had availability (we were struggling to get Camino del Norte proximate accom). Also, handy for the train. Comfy. And the terrace was a good spot to watch the world go by of an evening.
Not much. The skylight did not have a blind, but it was not so bright to lose sleep over
Did the job. Needed a bed
Lack of English. No restaurant to speak ofCharged for parking, probably as described, but didn't expect it.
Close to the city.
It wasn’t same room as on the photos. We got room without window, there was a roof window but 4 meters above, so we couldn’t open it or put the blinds on, so the morning lights were right in our faces in the morning. There was no hairdryer but we asked and got it. We expected room from the photos we choose to pay.
It is Spain, so for breakfast you buy some food at the bar next to the reception. That food was good (limited choice), and the prices were most fair. The reception next to the bar is open 24/7 and you can ask the staff for a drink any time, very nice! The staff is very friendly and speaks english very well, also a pro. There is a most safe parking place under the hotel, very handy if you are loaded with holiday stuff. The room was very clean, as was the well-equipped bathroom. it was very quiet there, virtually no traffic passes, which guarantees a good night sleep,
The location is a bit at the end of the world, and away from the center, so do not expect to find restaurants or bars in the evening at walking distance. Then you need your car and go to the center. The hotel is certainly pet-friendly but the village is not. I think they hate dogs. It is very, very difficult to find a square meter of green to let your dog do his thing. And if you find some green, the soil is covered with plastic foil (!) to keep away dogs. The garage of the hotel is a nice extra but the entrance/exit is narrow and steep so with a big car is is a real challenge to exit. I miss the Spanish below-100E hotels, but this hotel was worth the money.
Basic accommodation and very friendly staff
Parking very tight / small spaces and costs additional 15 euros per night
The girls bedroom was light and airy. It was an OK location for a day in Bilbao and a day at the beach as you could reach both by train and not have to worry about parking etc.
Our bedroom was dark and smelt of stale cigarettes. Both of the rooms we booked were at the far end of the corridor and had no WiFi connection even though we bought this to the attention of the management. The end of the town in which the hotel is situated is a bit bleak I would recommend a one night stay but only if you have to.
Close to the motorway leaving it easy access to the Port in Bilbao.
No windows in the room and the bed felt damp probably due to humitidy
the place is very convenient if you have an early flight from Bilbao airport. the staff are very helpful and nice.
No extra billows in the room,
friendly staff
the main reason of booking as it stated it had a car park - for unknown reason when we asked where car park was we were sent up the road to a public car park yet the hotel did have one behind a secure shutter.bed was solid like sleeping on a wooden frame
Very clean, spacious room. Great location - short walk to central area and train.
The hotel staff member (Cuban lady with the English accent) - exceptionally rude person. Dismissive, actively obtuse and deflective. Devoid of any desire to help with basic questions, such as how to purchase a bus ticket.
no breakfast but drinks and snacks good location to
the staff were very nice apert from a english receptionist who was very rude when i was asking about to open the garage door to get my scooter after i had paid for parking as if i was trying to get parking without paying and no apology when she checked and saw i paid .because of this i will not stay at this hotel again as i have been twice before
Very friendly personal. Nice rooms. Location near centre and supermarkets. Liked the surroundings.
We stayed there only one night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have been offered free parking. Clean room and restaurant/ bar in the hotel.
No hairdryer.
