Excellent location, nice and polite staff and service.Parking lot good for those who are traveling by car.

Old carpet especially in the corridors must be changed.Dated towels.

Very good hotel & staff. Special thanks to Ms. Hilal reception, she was very helpful.

Spa was very bad. They should change it, staff & spa.

At first elevators were broken we used service elevator and it was very old, parking is bad sandy AC was poor at beginning then they fixed it Then about breakfast they wrote it is till 14.00 but they said whats written it is not right !!

I booked king suite and they checked in us with standard room, after arguing i learned they dont have availability of suite and promised me to change my room next day. On next day they offered me two standard room instead of king suite ! When i refused they managed to check me in family room with extra beds for kids !!! I didn’t want to ruine my family vacation and i accept it. Although i paid for suite with living room.

far from a 5 stars hotel! stuff was not kind at all, were an electric shutdown for more than 4 hours. room not so clean with smell of smoke! not value the money paid! won’t back!

the staff at reception we’re trying to scam us with paying extra especially sedat. we booked 3 rooms and the third room occupants were late due to a delay in flights which took them 2 days later to arrive and he told us that we already let people stay in it and we have a late penalty that we have to pay for which we paid for the rooms already under my name and checked in at time :) and then when i refused to pay and told them the other shift guys told me otherwise and they were happy to help and welcome the rest of the family with delights

Avoid at all cost! Anything BUT a 5-star hotel, far from it!

It is so far from 5 stars. The worst 5-star experience in my life!First, we arrived at hotel after 4 hour drive from İstanbul no one to greet us at the door. Went in, reception was empty we were the only ones in the lobby. Reception staff unprofessional, not sure what they were doing, tried to give me 2 standard rooms when I booked a king suite with a connecting room and confirmed with them 13 days in advance that the connecting suite was available! Then by coincidence I requested to see the king suite and discovered that it had a connecting room! there was no manager on duty (it was 3pm on Sunday).The 3rd room was a junior suite which was a good size, but everything else was not up to standards!After a 1 hour Check-in with none but us and 2 staff members! We finally get our keys to the rooms, when I reach the room I realised one of the keys opened the WRONG ROOM! with guests in them! We had to apologise and leave to enter our CORRECT room using the connecting door.The BED:First thing caught our eyes, the duvet cover was the size for a single bed spread onto the “Queen size bed” in a KING SUITE! the duvet was so thin and flimsy and was barely enough to cover 1 person. we ended up ordering 3 more duvets as it was 2 degrees Celsius outside and the room was too cold! The pillows were so old and overused with lumps in them and very uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress was overused and old too that when my wife and I slept we unintentionally sloped towards the middle of the bed as it was so uncomfortable to sleep on at night.When we requested 4 additional duvets and 4 pillows, we got 1 towel and one toilet roll! Then we requested again, we got very poorly smelling pillows and dirty duvets! We called again to fair some more, we received some what better smelling duvets and by that time we were exhausted and just couldn’t be bothered anymore!

The stay in the hotel was not good at all. It was my wedding which I informed the reception about. We were given a bad room. The curtains were broken. The bed was not done well and the sheets were out of place. We got only one towel and one rope.The shower was flooding every time we took a shower. And the shower water heat was changing form hot to cold every 5 seconds. I expected better service from Ramada hotels, and Im very disappointed.i tried to contact them 3 times and didnt receive a response at all!!you can get a much better service for your money elsewhere.

The place needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning of common areas.

The presidential suite was terrible. Curtins were damaged, room door was broken, the main chandelier in the lobby was never cleaned in years and has a lot of dust. Corridors lighting were very dimmed. Noisy place. Linings were old.

The hotel is old and there is a bad smell in the corridors and rooms and the breakfast close in 10:00 AM

Friendly staff, clean

Swimming pool is not allowed for children even with adult accompanying. This is really bad. Blanket is sooooo small, pillow is so tiny.

Breakfast was good. We had many choices for breakfast and the personal served us because of Covid-19 restrictions, but that is a good thing.Good for one night passing

The locker on door was not working, looking like war passed. Room was not great, under expectation. Some Ramada hotels are good, some are not that good. The hotel shows that by time, passing people don't keep things clean and safe.

A guest next to me played the viola at midnight!!! :(Hotel staffs did not care...
