Pros +
- Excellent staff. Great spa. Good food.
- The hotel was great our room was very comfortable. Staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was massive and delicious. There was an awesome guy who seemed to be the supervisor of the breakfast area who worked fast and hard to ensure everything was cleaned and organized. I didn't catch his name, but I called him SUPERMAN !!!!
- The hotel is nice, the room is quite large and very comfy. The personnel was welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The breakfast was diverse and quite good. There is private parking on the premises. It's good for a one or two nights stay between flights or on route to other parts of Turkey as it's close to the highway.
Cons -
- All good no issues
- Not really an issue but the courtsins smelled of smoke. Probably previous customers smoke in the room.
- All rooms were very bad smell of cigarette . And bedsheets were not as clean as should . Curtains were very smell of smoke.

staff & spa
it is stinks, facilities are old & there are mosquitoes
Friendly staff at the reception
very old towels, bad smell in the room, air conditioner almost doesn’t work and it impossible to switch it off completely, because no remote controller, stains on bedding, mold in the shower
Hotel implements rules of pandemic.
The location is a bit far from city centre and the interesting places like Sapanca etc.
