The property was great. The employee in the morning was very nice and helpful even though she didn’t speak to much English but she did her best effort.

The girl at the front desk when we arrived wasn’t nice. We felt that she didn’t know what to do. The TV wasn’t working. My husband went down with the control to see if someone could explain how to make it work. She told him to wait because she needed to change it and had to go to other room. He advised her that it wasn’t the control, is that we weren’t able to get any channel. We stayed in a lot oh hotels. We are 70 years old and for work and pleasure we have traveled a lot. The correct procedure to call someone from maintenance to go to the room and help us or change the room.She didn’t care, so no TV. We wanted to watch and relax…

Painless check-in, comfortable room and bed. Spotless bathroom.

There was a strong smell of detergent/cleaning products in the room which reduced a good night's sleep. There should be some form of ventilation in the room (fan?) during the summer months. It was hot.

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of it. The hotel was situated close to town and within walking distance of shops, close to the old town and an easy 10 minute drive from the English Garden Eulbach. Next door there was an extremely good Turkish restaraunt (Lookma) which I highly recommend you use.

I was looking for good, clean, comfortable accommodation and there was no need to change anything.

Amazing location, with a view over the lake and mountains. Very good breakfast, the manager is amazingly friendly and also the cleaning staff (Maria) is so so nice. This is a beautiful spot!

Staff was very friendly, facilities were great and a rich breakfast.

We had a nice big room with a big bathroom and a sofa bed for our daughter. We were able to park our bikes overnight in the hotel conference room. The breakfast buffet was nice and the friendly staff provided gluten free rolls on request.

I arrived at the hotel very late, and also left early. I informed the hosts in advance, and they prepared in a creative and excellent way for our arrival. The dialogue with them was very comfortable and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the overall experience was good.Thank you!

Good Food, clean and spacious room, good parking for out 7.5m long motorhome.

Regimented Breakfast plans are not out thing. the shower was smaller than the one in out motorhome.the bed is 2 singles side by side, with a gap .... not what we like.
