The breakfast was good but everything else was excellent. Comfy beds, wonderful nature around and absolutely amazing front desk.

Very nice and stylish hotel with a beautiful garden to relax. The rooms are spacious and mine had a separate living and kitchen. Attention to details

My room was on the road side, and despite the insulated windows I woke up very early due to traffic noise. Would def ask for a room on the garden side if you are a light sleeper

Clean,spacious, well thought out

The beds were hard to sleep on , uncomfortable, and the pillows were the same I woke up with a bad headache, because off that .but other than that ,the hotel was really nice

Beware of false representation on rooms and amenities!

Didn’t receive all details until booked. Found out crib was an extra 50 euros for one night and the room wouldn’t accommodate us. Three adults and a baby and it only had one bed even though listing said it had two beds. It turned out the other “bed” was just a couch. I Immediately asked for a refund which they said they would do but had to request it through booking.com. I did so immediately but the refund was refused. I called them right back and this time they told me they wouldn’t refund me. Very dishonest and I lost over $350 for one night.

Absolutely GORGEOUS property! The staff including Anastasia and the property manager could not have been more welcoming. Our room was spacious and beautiful appointed. The faculties, most notably the pools and sauna, were spectacular.

While the staff worked very hard, the bar and restaurant didn’t measure up to the rest of the property. A simple cocktail could not be made (eg an old fashioned), the wait staff struggled with the menu, etc. But we enjoyed the experience nevertheless

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The meals were all delicious. The room was nicely decorated.

The beams in the room give a really nice authentic feel, but they are quite low and my husband (who is not overly tall) hit his head quite hard on one of them.

Friendly stuff

We went to this hotel many times and one of the reasons we liked it as it was clean! But this time I had the most expensive room with sauna for 220 euro and it was NOT clean. There was a long black hair on the towel that was sooo old, I opened the bad was another black long hair, the most disgusted I can feel from hair of someone else in my bad and there is this dirty spot on my sheets, I sleep soooo disgusted, the next morning we told about our experience while checking out, and the lady at reception said ok sorry I will see who did the cleaning. I thought she would come back to us or offer a discount or anything, nothing happened, I gave the hotel another week to come back to me nothing. Not happy at all this time.

The restaurant was good

The rooms were quite basic, not really worth paying for the superior room. Overlooked the main road and the rooms felt quite cheap.

Really good location, peaceful area. 24 hrs reception. Very clean throughout. I was here already two times.

Just a small thing. My room wasn't heated up at my arrival. Someone left one of the window open with -4 Degrees Celsius outside temperature.

Small apartment, clean, waterboiler in the room, good restaurant and breakfast. Quite surrounding. Free parking next to the hotel.

Everything! The building was characterful, it had a story. The rooms were first class, the food was first class, the staff were exceptional, so helpful and the Christmas decorations were amazing, best I’ve seen.

The room turned out to be a suite. The location was great with walking routes just behind the hotel. The hotel has a strong history.

A charge of 25 euros is requested should you wish to check in before 3pm. This left a sour taste even before I checked into the hotel. I could leave my bags in storage, but no help was given to put them there. We were unable to eat at the hotel restaurant as it was fully booked. I would expect the hotel to reserve a table for hotel guests. Although it was a lovely hotel, it didn't feel welcoming. The bedroom suite was not as elegant as first thought: the sofa was hard as rocks.

The property is in the country side away from the city, surrounded by lots of trees, very quiet.

This is such a gorgeous place to stay with wonderful meals at the restaurant. Helpful staff as we only speak English. Love the back story of the building.

Beautifully renovated old building. Nice atmosphere. Comfortable rooms with fridge and basic kitchen utensiles. Good breakfast.

Poor information about electric car charging.
