Standard rooms differ wildly in size, orientation and equipment. Bathroom was very very small.

The room we were in was romantic. It had a mini refrigerator with items that were for sale but you can make room for your own beverage. The breakfast area was like a scene out of a movie. Selection is adequate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The Chinese restaurants were among the best.

There wasn’t anything in the room to heat water. We like to have tea in the evenings and it’s inconvenient to always go out just to get a hot cup of something.

We were in the hotel one night only but were surprised by how comfy the accommodation could be. We like our room and furniture including the big restroom. Breakfast was famous.We were grateful to stay in the hotel.

1. As I had to depart pretty early, I only had a package for breakfast. But I must say, that it was quite nicely prepared and I was fine with it.2. Receptionist was proactive and helpful. I could not say anything bad about them. The issue that I had was, that it was not possible to reach anybody at midnight, when I had issue to enter the hotel.

1. The room was extremely slow. By extremely, I mean, that I was barely able to turn around without hitting the wall. I felt like a bit like Harry Potter living underneath the stairs.2. There reception was closed at the time I arrived. I knew this in advance, my access card was left inside of the dedicated box. The problem was that I was not able to find the box with the entry card. It took me almost 40 minutes, I was searching around the block, trying to open anything that was somehow similar to any box. It was more like being in the escape room, just with reverse logic. The main issue was, that there were side door, those seem to me like a reception. Parking place is actually next to the side door. So at the beginning, I didn't even considered, that there is another door to the reception. The box with the access card was not marked at all. I was trying to sort the problem out over booking or by calling the receptionist. I almost ended up sleeping in the car.

All staff was very friendly. The gentleman at the breakfast table was exceptional.Fortna offers a price quality ratio that’s almost impossible to beat. I had an excellent night’s sleep and I enjoyed breakfast very much.
